It's a shell game of company names. Blessed Chimney(not real?), Eco Quality Air (WA), Oregon Green Builders LLC (OR), USA Green Builders Corporation (WA, same registered owner name and address in Renton, WA), and possibly more from what people have been saying in these other 1 star reviews.

Contractor license 244 342 for Oregon lapsed in May 2025 and is suspended for not being bonded or insured using the Oregon Green Builders LLC as the registered business in Oregon with the associated address of this Eco company in Renton, WA on SOS website. The charges will come up on your card as Eco Quality Air, the service contracts will also list this name. Eco quality and blessed chimney are not registered with OR Secretary of State at this time.

We called Blessed Chimney about a chimney leak, and a company contractor for ECO showed up and told us it was an emergency rehab of the roof. Quoted an exponential amount of $10,000 for 32-ish sqft of roof rehab, but had a great salesman pitch about what a deal he was cutting us and charged a $1000 deposit for the work and an additional $40 charge for using a credit card instead of cash or check. He didn't have a service contract ready, so nothing was signed.

Something didn't sit right with me, I looked at the website for Blessed Chimney and the phone numbers change daily or every few hours to keep you guessing. I suspect I wouldn't be able to pin them down once they disappear into the night.

We called and said we'd be getting a second opinion, and the technician got angry and berated my husband about how he got up at 6am and bought all the supplies already, and how he'd be out money if we backed out now, trying to guilt him into allowing him to tear up our roof. We got his contractors license number, and he wasn't able to contract in Oregon regardless because his license had lapsed. He stopped answering my calls and I doubt they'll return the deposit.

I've disputed the charge with my credit card company and gave them all my findings.

I called a local licensed professional who took a look at our roof, and he was able to do a flash repair right then and there for $120.

When they show up gives options different from call.
I allowed the service knowing that I am getting over charged for the service since he was here.
They requested card transaction fee for the service and yes some services do this but let you know ahead of time but 99% of this type of service don't charge card fees, who pays cash to visiting service.
Any how paid top of the line service option but lowest option served.
