I can’t believe that companies as dishonest as this one are allowed to operate. The owner Chris, blew me off 3 different times for my bid. Once I finally received it 2 weeks later, the promo code he had advertised suddenly wasn’t being honored. The work was even worse. Sub par at best. This company is overpriced & overrated. Save yourself the hassle & call someone else.

Wolf and Sons has done some very beautiful work in our backyard. They made a large paver patio and put in pet turf since our yard is shaded and did not grow grass well. We have also used them for sprinkler repair. Great company to work with and I am sure that we will use them again.

The mowing and edging were great! Highly recommend for that service. I think I was expecting something different than the result I experienced. The weeding and cleanup portions were not what I expected. There was still some debris left from the yard cleanup, under a vehicle and hanging in the (well trimmed) brush. The ornamental grasses in the bed I had thought might be trimmed down were left totally untouched, but the tree in the same area was clipped in a strange oval canopy shape. Might have been my fault for not specifying the need for ornamental grass trim though and ensuring it got placed on the estimate. I didn't realize "weeding" in industry parlance meant "just cut it down to the ground and don't bother with the roots". I spent a few hours pulling roots up myself. Lesson learned! But the mowing and edging--great. I would potentially hire again just for that.

I recommend this business! Very pleasant and helpful staff. Price was quite competitive and the work was done within days of bid acceptance. The installers, Shane and Jake, were experienced, fast and tidy. Total cleanup when they finished. My thanks!

I contracted Wolf & Sons to clear, grade and level the grounds at one of our sites thereafter to artistically sculpt a rockery, hydro-seed and do planting. I found them to be courteous and reasonably priced and I am pleased to say they completed the job with excellence.

Not a good first impression from this company. I went online to their website and scheduled an estimate. They were supposed to come out to my home and do the estimate at 6 pm yesterday. At around 5 pm, an hour before the appointment, I received an automated email from them stating that they had canceled my appointment and rescheduled it for the following Monday afternoon.....at a time when I wouldn't even be available. No phone call from them. No apology. No explanation. No asking what time would work best for me for rescheduling. Nope..they sent an automated email. Doesn't get more unprofessional than that. I wouldn't do business with a company that is this unreliable. It just gives me insight on what I'd have to deal with in the future.

We were very pleased with Wolf and Son’s installation of sod in one area, and the reseeding of grass in another. The crew was on time very professional, friendly, focused and well organized. We are delighted with the results. I highly recommend them.

Wolf & Sons was amazing! They were on time, communicative, and worked extremely hard. My yard looks fantastic. They were also very understanding and flexible, which was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend them!

I love the job this company does. First time I used them was, for a one time clean up at a property rental. Very affordable probably the best quote I had received. Years went on and I bought a home that had all rocks for a back and front yard. I wanted grass put in and good quality grass!I recalled the awesome job they did at the rental, and hoped they had still been a business. Sure enough they are still a business which in eyes speaks volumes. The owner is super awesome and will answer any questions you may have. I will be using this company going forward with any future services needed.

Have old gravel with vegetation removed and new gravel put down. They were excellent and done in a day

I used Google review to help find landscaping/hardscaping companies, and selected Wolf and Sons as part of my top list of companies to request quotes from for a new paver patio, sod and sprinkler installations. Although Google rated this company at 4.4 overall at the time of my review, I thought the company deserved a higher rating after looking at the one/two star reviews from those associated with an ex-employee of the company. At the end of the review/quote process, I chose Wolf and Sons because their price, warranty, and scheduling were overall better than the other companies.

My landscaping/hardscaping project took two weeks to complete. Their employees were not only prompt and on time daily, but also started and completed the job earlier than quoted. In total, we are very pleased with the quality of their work, and now enjoy our outdoor living space a lot.

If I had to give a critique, the only one I had was on the placement of some pavers during the install. However, some of the problem was due to me and my lack of vision in not knowing exactly what I wanted in the design layout. Fortunately, the employees were very accommodating and adjusted to what I requested as the install progressed. Also, after discovering a problem with some pavers a few days after the work was completed, the company quickly came back and fixed it.

Based on my experience with this company, I would definitely use them again and also, recommend them to others.

Chris and his workers installed a new cedar fence (quite a big one for a residence) and redid our backyard with reshaping and new sod. Fantastic job! I still get up every morning and look out at the gorgeous fence and grass. So much better work and results than other work we had years ago. Highest recommendation! Thanks, Chris.

Chris was awesome to work with! I changed my mind constantly what I wanted but he was very patient and gave ideas and opinions. His crew got all the work done within a week as well! We love our new backyard and walkway and excited to enjoy it all summer.

I typically do all of my own yard work and landscaping, but I have a 1000sqft yard that was in need of some overall remediation (de thatching, aerating, add top soil/compost, fertilizing and over-seeding). I had a couple of landscape firms come out to give me a bid so I could evaluate whether it would be worth having someone more professional than me do the work. Wolf and Sons came back with a fair, competitive and itemized quote, I did the quick math on materials, time, convenience, and quality, and I decided to go with Wolf and Sons. I was not disappointed. The crew was on time as committed and VERY professional, and the quality and care that they delivered was as though they were caring for their own lawn. Super impressed by their service, and I highly recommend their service.

I had trouble reseeding my own lawn and could never get it to thicken. With a ton of moss removal and good watering schedule the last 4 weeks, it is really growing great. The crew came out promptly in the morning and did the full maintenance within 4 hours. That also included installing a rock fence boarder.

I am very pleased with the results they did in 4 hours that I failed to achieve the last two years. The only downside in this process was the length of time to start the work. I would have preferred to have it done earlier in the spring to give the new grass a better chance of surviving the summer. I’m not going to lower the rating because of this. They do great work and are in high demand because of it. I will call them again for future work.
