I chose Modern Living Landscaping for my projects because Ray stood out for being the most detailed and thoughtful among the companies I reached out to. He conducted a thorough walkthrough og my yard, pointed out things I didn't bring up that were relevant and presented detailed options about different possibilities. It was heads & shoulders above the other bids I received.

The work was also great and lived up to what was promised. Would definitely recommend.

We had a list of jobs that needed to be done; at the last minute we added mowing the backyard since my husband was fighting an infection. They did the whole lawn and really cleaned everything up so it looks great!

For years, we have tried to find a landscaping service
knowledgeable enough to recommend what we SHOULD
be doing to maintain and improve our landscape, rather
than just showing up to mow the lawn and trim the bushes.

I have been impressed with Raymond since our initial
consultation. He shows up on time, or texts if he is
running late (stuff happens). He knows his plants, what
is eating them, and what to do about that. He can offer
advice on most anything in the yard. It is very easy to
see why his landscaping business has grown so much
over the last couple of years.

We hired Raymond and his crew to trim a few trees in our
backyard. My very overgrown trees are now beautifully
shaped. They cleaned up all and hauled away all the
branches and leaves, taking care not to disturb the existing
plants.

My yard and the plants in it are very important to me.
Raymond’s attention to detail and overall care for my plants
far surpasses that of any other yard care/lawn service I have
ever worked with. If you need lawn care, landscaping or yard
work, I cannot recommend him and his company enough. I
promise he will exceed your expectations, and you will be very

So happy to review this team. Carlos and all have helped me at two houses over the past 7 years. They’ve offered superb twice monthly landscaping and yard maintenance and have also installed a perfect fence, beautiful pave sidewalk and steps, and 2 French drains. They are fairly priced, fast, efficient, and clean up without a trace all while providing the highest quality work. I hope we continue to work together as long as possible.

They came by and took care of lawn, trimmed, and pressure washed. Great results and would use again. They are quick and on time.

North East Landscaping provides our weekly service year around at Parkpoint Condos. The crew is very knowledgable, easy to work with and very hard working. They give excellent service.
We also contract them for other services in our landscape such as renovation and replanting, replacing French drain pipes, digging trenches to be filled with gravel, replacing patios, etc. We are given fair estimates with necessary changes always requesting approval.
We highly recommend them.

I have used NE Landscaping for years and they never let me down. They installed a timer system for my drip system and they maintain the equipment. They respond to emergencies VERY quickly, they are also very kind to me.

Carlos and his team have done a great job taking care of our yard with biweekly service. We had a long term construction project and paused regular service for more than a year. The team at North East Landscaping did a great job picking right back up as soon as we asked them to.

NE landscaping sent a profesional crew that went above and beyond what was expected.

I am extremely pleased with North East Landscaping. Every single encounter with this company has been positive and right on the mark. My conversations with Carlos Jr, and Sr, along with Leo and the team who takes care of my lawn, always leave me with the impression that for this organization taking good care of my yard is very important to them. They really know how to treat the customer. I am very particular about the up keep of my lawn. And NE Landscaping has met the challenge. It's rare that I would write this about any company. But this company has far exceeded my expectations.

Gave a "work-to-be-done" sheet in English to Cruz the estimator and we toured our property. Paid owner Carlos 50% down. The crew came 3 days later on March 7th, but Jesus and Agustin weren't sure what to do so I gave them the "work-to-be-done" sheet translated into Spanish and we walked the property. To help with communication, we used the Google English-Spanish translator on our phones. They worked 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and did the best job that has ever been done on our property. Besides weeding by hand, they edged and weeded all stepping stone areas, removed 2 diseased bushes and planted three new ones. Weeded underneath bushes, cut suckers from trees & lilac bush, trimmed around parking lot rocks, trimmed fence bushes, a large corner bush and vines and removed all leaves and cuttings.

I recently needed landscaping services done on my property. I called several other companies, but nothing came close to Northeast Landscaping's customer service and deals. I had the pleasure to talk to Carlos about my estimate and the overall gist of how everything would operate. As soon as I booked the service to be done, Northeast Landscaping crew arrived quickly and completed the project beyond my expectations without any sort of inconvenience.
