I've had a few different plumbers come over for help with various different things over the past 5 years and everyone has been excellent. Theyre always very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They tend to have good discount opportunities if you just ask and almost all of their services come with warranties and disposal services. Most recently I got a new water heater installed by Abel Pelayo and his apprentice Daniel A who did an excellent job within 2 hours and set us up with a great new heater. Thanks guys!

I had a new furnace and heat pump installed. Everyone I interacted with at South West was super professional, knowledgeable and courteous. This includes the technician who diagnosed the problem with my old system(Mike) to Bert with scheduling and follow up to Binh and Dillon who did the install along with electricians Aiden and Oliver. I am super happy with my new Daikin system. It’s efficient and quiet.

Dillon and Drew came out yesterday to install a heat pump because my furnace had a broken heat exchanger (shout out to Donnelle who diagnosed it). As with previous appointments with Southwest, they went above and beyond, working from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM to get it all done. Drew explained all the new stuff and left things meticulously tidy. So glad to be working with you guys.

Complete fraud. They told me my my furnace was a health risk and turn the gas off right before a major cold snap leaving me without heat and quoting me over $5,000 for repair.
Luckily I got a second opinion, none of the repairs were required. However they did say since it was 15 years old I could do some preventative maintenance. For less than $1,200 he replaced all the parts that they cited as an issue and left me the old ones pointing out that all the issues they called were merely cosmetic and functionally I didn't need to actually replace any of the parts.

For some background: I purchased a heat pump from AAA heating and cooling which was acquired by Southwest. The heat pump came with a maintenance contract required to maintain the warranty. Prior to Southwest purchase of AAA, their service stated that the furnace was in great shape for its age and that it would probably last me another 7 to 10 years without any issues. As soon as Southwest purchased them, the tone changed, all of a sudden they were pointing out things saying they needed to be repaired immediately and constantly trying to upsell me on services that are not required like duct cleaning.

Based on these changes, my assessment of Southwest is that they are not ethical and can't be trusted on their assessment of required services and repairs.

Had a simple bidet add on priced it online around three hundred dollars to have a plumber do it. My 81 year old husband had put a cold water bidet on. But I wanted warm water. Tub 1 foot from toilet. A door to the plumbing of tub 1 foot away. 30 minute job at best. We had 4 rentals and 2 homes. Always looking up prices or doing it ourselves. Husband is doing it right now because we were quoted $1,900 dollars to do the job. The gentleman who came out was nice professional but we got price gouging and there is no way this was an almost 2 thousand dollars job. Shame on you southwest plumbing.

Isaiah Hanson was fantastic! He was courteous, professional and friendly. I have 5 cats, 3 of which are only 2 yrs old. I asked Isaiah if he was ok with them being in the house, he said sure & he likes cats. Well while Isaiah was doing his work, he had at least 1-2 feline supervisors watching him constantly. I’m sure my 2 cats would have given him assistance if they had thumbs. 🤣
Isaiah explained my electrical problem & gave me several options ranging in price on how to fix it.
I went with the best option within my budget & he got to work right away replacing 6 outlets & a breaker. I appreciate his professionalism and he made quick work out of the repairs.

Our project is complete and we cannot be happier with the work and the team who supported this project from start to finish. Shout out to John Gansz, Janet, Derick Y., Winslow J., Miz, Marco, Max (or Matt?), and Shaun. A full sewer repair is a lot but we feel we were so well taken care of and all our questions or concerns were answered. I mean Shaun and Winslow even added new grass seed to the project area when done. Wow! A lifetime warranty on the full sewer repair is also appreciated.

All the employees at South West Plumbing were professional, respectful, and thorough in their work. The price was a shock, that being said, it was a huge job and they were here for almost two weeks working long hours, up to 11 hours, and doing back breaking work. Our sewer was about 100 years old and finally collapsed...which created a ripple of problems. We're back up and running now and good for at least another 25 years!! Phew!
Thank you to the team that took on our huge job. The ground crew was so sweet and really made sure we were happy with how the yard was put back together. I really appreciated that.
