Had an old hot water heater rupture and flooded the garage. We were in a bit of a crisis situation so in between shutting everything down and bailing out the water, I called the number on the sticker for my old heater and was immediately put in touch with one of the owners who came right out and got everything fixed up within a couple of hours! Also explained some of the systems that I hadn’t even been using that turned out to be very helpful. Super honest people incredible work and a fair price.

Needed my old water heater replaced and Tom and Steve quickly provided a fair and clear estimate of replacing my water heater. Very responsive communication and open availability. Tom did an excellent job of removing the old tank and equipment and explaining how to operate the new water heater. Highly recommend!

They installed a hot water heater pump to replace a tankless water heater that was at end of life. They clearly reviewed the options with me before we signed the contract. They did an excellent job with the installation including coordinating with the electrical contractor for an electrical panel upgrade.

I love these folks. I called yesterday to schedule preventative maintenance on my furnace and tankless water heater, and they said “how about tomorrow?” Contrast that with other HVAC companies that will make you wait for two months if you call in October. Their techs were prompt and communicated the right amount about what they were doing and what they found. No complaints whatsoever.

Contacted Washington Water Heaters regarding a leaking water heater. They were able to send someone out the same day to assess the problem. Needed a new water heater which they were able to install the next morning first thing. Corbin (tech) was great to work with. He was professional, polite and appeared very knowledgeable. He made sure all my questions & concerns were addressed before leaving. Overall great experience.

Tom serviced our water heater and was the consummate professional. He gave us a courtesy text about 45 minutes before arriving, explained the current issues clearly, and walked us through the services he’d be performing. He also took the time to point out potential future concerns we should “watch and wait” on, which I really appreciated. Excellent service, great communication, and highly professional from start to finish.

Ryan was absolutely incredible. We had debris coming from all of our faucets that looked like rubber, and he immediately diagnosed the issue as worn-out washers in the under-sink angle stops (not the water heater, as we feared). He scheduled a follow-up visit once he had the parts, and because he had been here before, he knew exactly where our main line was located and shut it off quickly and safely. For us, that would have been a huge headache — the shutoff is far from the house and mixed in with other homes in our small community.

He went above and beyond, pointing out that the chalky dust on our fridge was likely from a bad water filter, and when turning the main line back on, he noticed and showed us a separate leak. That will be another (bigger) project outside of Washington Water Heaters, but I was amazed by his knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism.

On top of all that, Ryan was extremely friendly and kind with our three-year-old, which made the experience even better. We were so impressed with his skill, attentiveness, and genuine care. Highly recommended!

Installed my new Navien furnace promptly and excellently. I can’t believe how quiet and evenly heated the house is now! Definitely request a Navien furnace if you’re unsure of which you’d like!

Ryan was professional. Quick to response. Was able to diagnose, called around for a part for an immediate fix. We ended up replacing the hot water heater with a brand new one. All done on the same day. Slightly on the pricier side for a new system. But we do have hot water on the same day. Great service.

I really appreciate the thorough and professional installation. They replaced my 50 gal tank water heater with a tankless. They were aware of what needed to be done and came fully prepared to finish the job in one day. No surprises, just methodically completing the job. Corbin did a great job with our water heater install. He explained us maintenance steps. Very professional and respectful, he left the site clean. There was some confusion about price, it was couple of hundred dollars higher than the quote I got over phone from their office. But he explained that someone changed pricing in their inventory before the service appointment and he partially offset it.

I appreciate Lam and his son's high quality service. Things are not going straight due to some technical issues. They came multiple times until everything is well set. They really care their customers and I am so happy to have them take care of my water heating system.

We had a problem that water in our bathrooms and kitchen was not coming hot enough and the issue was with the mixing valve. Other businesses were quoting double the amount and not guaranteeing their solution will fix the issue.

Tom was excellent. He was quick to diagnose and recommend a solution, and then proceeded to do the fix, all within about an hour. We are very happy with the results.
