The guys did a great job replacing our furnace on short notice. Communication was clear and the work was done cleanly and quickly with no issues whatsoever.

We have used Trusted for our plumbing needs in the past and have always been happy with them, so we knew who to call when we noticed an extremely large water bill. The gal that answered the phone was very pleasant and was able to schedule us for the same day. The crew (Aaron and James) showed up within the window I was given and were very friendly. They went out to check out the area and after a few Aaron came back in to let us know that they were going to need to consult with American Leak Detection in order to get the exact location of the leak. Trusted handled the scheduling with them and even came back to our facility with that crew to handle everything. James was honest with us and said that patching the leak was not a good option due to the condition of the existing water lines. The best and more cost-efficient solution would be to replace the entire water line in our driveway. We had a quote for trenchless water line replacement in hand a few minutes later. I checked with a couple other companies to see if the price was fair, and Trusted came in much lower than the others.
The Trusted crew showed up the next morning with lots of trucks, lots of workers (4-5) and LOTS of energy. The crew was always working quickly, kept the water on to the business as much as they could, answered all of our questions, were friendly to our staff and did a GREAT job, the driveway looks better than it did when they arrived.
The final price was exactly what we were quoted. No hidden fees or pushy up sales.

Very efficient plumbers, Arron is a very fast hard worker. Problem identified on Monday, insurance approved repair and Trusted plumbing repaced main line on friday in a little more half a day.

The house we purchased had baseboard heaters that were powered by an oil furnace, but heated up by water. We weren't sure who to call for this project, but I reached out to Trusted Plumbing. I recently had a leak from my backyard water spout that I couldn’t repair myself, was getting worse as the days passed, and with winter approaching, I didn’t want to risk a temporary fix. After reading many reviews, I decided to call Trusted Plumbing and Heating and I’m so glad I did.

Johnathan and Brandon came out to do the repair, and they were both fantastic. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated how they shared their knowledge and explained things clearly.

The work they completed was absolutely perfect. On top of that, they were very respectful of my home, both inside and out, and made sure everything was left neat and clean.

Trusted Plumbing and Heating were outstanding! James and Aaron are extremely professional as usual. They removed our water heater and A/C unit. They waited till another contractor was finished with his portion of work and reinstalled everything to unsure we had hot water and heat for the night. We are grateful for their customer service. We wouldn’t have anyone else work on our plumbing or A/C needs. We will recommend them to everyone!!!!

100% would recommend! Aaron was so helpful and knowledgeable. He walked through all the issues we were having, fixed all them and was so kind! Also, was a dog lover which if I could I would give them 10 stars. The company as a whole was very kind, got us in quickly and got us back up and running as soon as possible!

Aaron Larson was my plumber today, and I truly appreciate who they sent. He was super nice and professional. The problem was diagnosed quick, we got a quote for the work which we thought was super fair. He told us what we were looking at, what we could do to remedy it, unfortunately was an issue for the condo association. I asked him to wrap up what I asked him to do, which he did very quickly. I'm super appreciative of the great photos and documentation he took, so I can show what problem we had going on and get it remedied with them. Not If but when I do call trusted plumbing for any work again, I will definitely be requesting Aaron.

Our sewer line backed up day before we got ahold of Trusted. We have homeserve sewer line insurance and they dispatched them to fix the issue. Got me in same day between 10AM - 12PM. The journeyman and his apprentice showed up at 10:00AM on the dot! Couldn’t clear the clog from my toilet and unfortunately had to dig up the sewer line and install a clean out.

After having homeserve tell me that it will be 24-72 hours to approve the claim, Trusted worked with me to get it repaired. Just signed a waiver if they don’t pay I will. No big deal! They jumped right on it and shared the same frustration with Homeserve I did. Super careful in our home and with our yard. Glad to have everything back up and running again!
