The efficiency of your work crew was outstanding and extremely professional and helpful in every way possible in helping me to understand my issues. I believe my pipe leakage has been addressed. I won't know for sure, until I receive my next water bill. But until then, Thank you for the wonderful service.

Our heater stopped working this morning.
I called Trusted Plumbing and Heating, and they came out the same day. These 2 guys were friendly, professional and they arrived at our house on time. I was very impressed with one of the technicians named James who diagnosed the problem within seconds. Our home is now warm and comfortable again.
I would definitely recommend Trusted Plumbing and Heating to everyone.

James and Aaron from Trusted Plumbing were great to work with--I highly recommend them. We needed trenchless work to be done to replace the water line between the meter and our house. Trusted Plumbing has their own boring machine, thus did not have to sub out the work for the boring and were able to do the work for a much more reasonable price than other plumbers. We had obtained three other quotes and Trusted's quote was significantly less than the others. James and Aaron were both very courteous, did good work, and cleaned up the work site when they were done better than I ever would have expected. Thank you James and Aaron for a job well done!

Brandon is friendly and a great technician. He fixed our leak and installed a hot water heater in no time. He then set us up with money saving tips on quotes for more work. We *finally* found a plumber!

I have used Jim and his team for several projects now. His team installed a new sewer line for Kenmore Air which required (to me) massive amounts of work and drilling to connect the new lines with the old. Job went off without a hitch. Very professional, job took several days as planned. Parts of the old line were relined instead of repair. Bid was dead on, no "extra" suprises. They have some back to repair and clean out other lines, and I have a new project with them coming up. Very transparent on prices and the time it takes to do jobs. They also have been able to come within 24 hours notice when I had an emergency. Trusted Plumbing is my "go to" service from here on out for my facilities at Kenmore Air.

Trusted Plumbing & Heating did an amazing job of performing emergency service on my furnace. James and Aaron showed up within 90 minutes of my call. They did a fast and thorough job of troubleshooting the issue, explaining everything to me clearly and performing the fixes. They charged me an extremely fair price. I have had other local companies out to service my furnace over the past few years, these guys were by far the best.

This is the second time we've used Trusted Plumbing & Heating, and we had great experiences both times. This time they replaced our aging garbage disposal. They were able to come out within 24 hours, and they got the job done in less than an hour. Great service!

I had a toilet from 1946 in my upstairs bathroom. It was replaced and a bidet was also installed. The crew was efficient, polite and clean. They were very good communicators. I think their prices are fair.

Aaron did an excellent job repairing a leak in my AC. He took his time to properly diagnose the issue and made sure everything was fixed correctly, not rushed. Very professional, patient, and thorough. I really appreciated the care he put into his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing AC repairs.

Our furnace misbehaved and James and assistant came came out the next day. They tested the machine and controls and tried a solution that didn’t work. They came back promptly the next day, tested again with the additional info and found the real problem. It was quickly fixed and we have reliable heat again. We’re very pleased with the good service.

Great experience! After hearing from Puget Sound Energy that my gas supply service line wasn’t enough for tankless they were able to switch my install plan on the same day to a tanked heater. Tom was extremely professional and knowledgeable and did an awesome job doing the install.

Definitely recommend them for any Heating, AC, or Water heater needs!

Recent water heater replacement. Excellent communication and customer service from the office, technician and owner. Ran into an unexpected snag on initial visit but they came out the very next day to do the install. The technician took the time to explain everything prior to starting work and answered all questions. The install went perfectly. Pricing was very fair. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them for future projects if the need arises.

Tom at Washington Water Heaters was great to work with. He showed up quickly and on time to look at the job, got us a quote quickly, got us scheduled for the water heater replacement quickly, and showed up on time again for the install. Then, he quickly replaced our old tank water heater with a tankless unit and did a really nice job. Final price was exactly as quoted and within the price range I expected for the job, which was several thousand less than a quote I got from one of the national chain places. Tom is a nice guy, too, and didn't mind that I was hanging around and watching. Love our new Navien tankless water heater so far. Highly recommended.
