Our old hot water heater broke, and they got someone out to our house the very next morning for a replacement. Dewey was super nice, super professional and worked fast to replace our whole setup in just a couple hours. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who needs any hot water heater replacement or repairs. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Had my furnace replaced today by South West. The crew, Bob Sparling and Derek Morton, arrived on time and gave me an approximate time for completion. They were courteous and friendly. They were efficient and finished earlier than expected. They tested the system and reviewed what they had done with me. They were professional and I appreciated their interaction.

Sean and Jon helped us out after a power surge fried our furnace high limit switch. Educated us along the way in what they found and any safety issues. Had us running before they left. Personable, considerate of the situation and very professional.

From the start, meeting with a knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy person, "Mike Sigafoos" diagnoses the problems and gives all the options of getting an efficient heating system that makes sense.
His availability to communicate through the duration of completion was outstanding.

There happened to be some trouble shooting involved that took more time than expected. I have to say that we were so impressed with "Brandon" who really cared and put his whole heart and persistence into getting the problem under control before leaving with his nice helper.
They both stayed till 11:30 PM that night to make sure the system worked correctly and that
my parent's home was warm and cozy before they left.

I just wanted to say how pleased we are with the service that we received from South West Plumbing. Our technician Evan, came out promptly. Listened to our problems and made the recommendations. He was very nice and easy to talk to. We also found him to be honest. I was really pleased with him paying attention to details. The next day he came back and got to work. After he finished he showed me the before and after photos of his work. Everyone is thoroughly impressed. The next we need plumbing work we will definitely be calling South West and asking for Evan. I’m writing this review on behalf of the Maddox’s. 😊

We had an excellent experience with Jerome and the Southwest team. We had an estimate and installation for a new furnace and heat pump all within a few days. Immediately following the installation our electricity started going out intermittently. Jerome dispatched an electrician quickly who was able to ascertain the problem was somewhere between the telephone pole and our meter. Ultimately Seattle City Light discovered our meter had been improperly installed earlier last summer. All of this was taken care of within 24 hours.
Our experience with Southwest was great. The team was professional, pleasant to work with and technically competent. Their follow-up was perfect. I will definitely use them in the future.

Southwest saved the day - we had an emergency with our sewage line and they came to our rescue right away. By the end of the process, there were three sets of technicians starting with Josh and including Anthony, Clay, Zach - and all of them were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, communicative, and very respectful of our time as well as our space - everything was put back as they found it - even outside. They took care of us and our old house and we are very grateful. Even though we both work full-time jobs, this was an expensive problem and thankfully, Southwest also offers financing options which definitely came in handy for us in such an abrupt emergency as this. Thank you, Southwest! We will definitely be using your services again.

I can’t say enough good things about South West Plumbing! My sewer line was backing up and turned into a major repair that felt really overwhelming — but their entire team made the process so much easier.

From the initial quote with Anthony Wilson to all my helpful calls with Tiffany in customer service, everyone was patient, kind, and professional. My sewer line needed to be redone with a new liner, and the crew — Bill C., Riley G., Derek Y., and Winslow J. — were amazing. They worked quickly, efficiently, and did a super clean, professional job.

I can’t thank Abel P. enough for saving the day for us. The day after Christmas when he should be at home with his family, he came to our home at 5 PM to replace a valve in our daughter’s bathroom that had failed requiring us to shut the water off from our entire house for the whole day. He arrived, assessed and had us back up and running in no time. We are so grateful for him, his professionalism, and commitment to help us on short notice. We would highly recommend his services. Our hot water heater installers Abel and Daniel were professional, knowledgeable and hard working and careful. The company was able to fit us in the after only a few days without hot water. We didn't love that we had to stay home and wait for them literally all day with no advance notice of even an eta. It seems like we could've been given at least a 4 hour window of arrival.

The crew worked nonstop for some 9 hours and installed our new heat pump and furnace. The new system is a joy and there has been no issues with it’s installation. Thank you guys for leaving the garage as clean as you found it and for being careful not to drag dirt and debris into the house. You guys were great.

I had SW come out to do a tune up special on my 2 heating units. The heaters weren't working well. Sonny the tech found the issues. He repaired some wiring on one unit and found my other unit needed a new heat pump. Although I ended up having to spend a fair amount I was greatful for the friendly and professional service.

I had a water leak outside my home that required me to shut the water to the entire house, South West was quick to show up with a quote in less then 2 hrs, provided a quote and scheduled the repair for the following day.
Techs showed up early the next day and completed the work by the afternoon, cleaning up after themselves and replacing my fence.

Abel and Nate came on time. Explained why I ran tests and explained in detail why I needed a replacement expansion tank atop water heater. Also detected that water heater, installed by another company about six years ago, had no leak pan beneath. Have a great deal on pan installation, and even volunteers to move a number of heavy objects for access, put them back when work completed. Very courteous, and friendly, easy to work with to get the job done right. I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing issues.

Our water heater started gushing water 2 days before Christmas and the team from South West (Abel and Daniel) showed up same day to inspect it. The water heater had clearly failed and they got the old unit removed and ready for new installation the next day. They arrived ahead of schedule the next day and got us up and running! Both team members were extremely professional and polite. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Great overall experience and we would definitely recommend South West and this crew to our friends and family!

A routine inspection showed our furnace was dangerously in need of replacement. So much so, it was immediately turned off for safety. Taylor and his team were at our home that night to discuss options. He provided a list of top HVAC vendors and we were able to research what system we wanted before the meeting. The next day, we had our new HVAC installed. No fuss, no hassle, just great service! hey took care of everything. Today I had Brandon Johnson to my home to perform a routine seasonal tune-up for our home furnace. I can't say enough about how he exemplified the essence of professionalism; clean, confident and smiling nonstop. He made me feel comfortable with having someone in my home. I too work in the service industry and I know it can be very difficult to accomplish this with some customers, Brandon did this with ease. This is my second interaction with SW at this point, and the first being just as positive, in fact they saved me huge bill with a simple fix that a previous company quoted me 4000$ dollars in repairs and tons of work, and hour and a half later and 200 bucks and I had a working furnace again. I highly recommend these guys, ESPECIALLY Brandon, he's even willing to hear about about how you might have gotten attacked by an owl just nights before. Lol! Thank you Brandon and everyone at SW!

A bathroom remodel went south quickly and we had limited hot water days before hosting guests for the holiday, while our contactor ghosted us. Contacted Southwest based on a neighbor recommendation and not only did they take the call at night and show a great deal of empathy, they had people out the next day who worked hours to remedy the situation. And found another issue in the process. Mike was kind, competent and efficient in answering questions and fixing the issues. Even followed up via text the next day. This company is professional and experienced, plus over the top in customer service and attentiveness.

At this rate, I may as well schedule a quarterly visit. I've almost had more repairs of Southwest's original work than the number of days it took them to begin with. For nearly six figures and only 1.5 years since the plumbing rebuild, I would expect far better from this company.

The only consolation are that they send people out for the repairs. Whether or not the repair actually solves the problem is a 50/50 chance. I write this as one of the repairs (that wasn't installed properly during the rebuild) has broken again. After the first couple repairs, the initial project manager eventually told me to just direct my calls to their main phone reception.

With little pride or accountability in their work, and a focus on speed rather than doing the job (more so the pressure from bosses than workers), I would avoid them except for simple projects. Here's hoping this next repair lasts and that I don't find as many in the new year. Wish me luck.

Oh, and just avoid their virtual representative and call in the morning. You won't get anywhere with the virtual rep.

Brandon and his team were very professional and skilled when they replaced our water heater and added a new water outlet. I am very satisfied with the work they did and how well they communicated during the project.

Adrian and Zack from the Electricians side were like wise very skilledand professional. They went over everything that they were working on and answered any questions I had along the way. They really went above and beyond for me!
