Andy picked up when I called him and walked me through a solution to my problem over the phone. Smart guy who cared about helping me out. I will definitely call him again with any other plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Andy is a great plumber with a lot of integrity. He rerouted some pipes for me and installed a new water heater. He kept checking back and even took care of some related issues that came up. He is a stand up guy and you won't be sorry you hired him.

Andy, was great! He replaced the sink in our kitchen. Always on time, very professional and his quote matched the actual cost. A pleasure to do business with. I highly recommended.

Andy was nice and courteous, initially. 1 star for that. He could not get my drain unclogged with either one of his augers. He worked on the bathtub drain for 10 or 15 minutes and then on my kitchen sink drain for 20 or so. He blamed someone "intentionally trying to clog the drain" and an incorrectly installed joint in the concrete (which seems to actually be true.) He said in his 20 years of experience (it says 10 on his website) he had never seen anything like it. He suggested ripping the wall open, or inside the cabinet, and fixing it that way. He sent me an estimate of over a thousand dollars to do that. I hesitated and decided to sleep on it. Boy am I sure glad I did. He charged me $160 and left me with a (still) clogged drain, filled my tub (where the kitchen sink was backing up into), dirtied my bathtub, and left a foot of greasy, standing water. It did seep through eventually. He said, $30 for the fee to come out and half of what the cheaper service he quoted me was. On his way out he said over his shoulder, "Sorry it didn't work out," like a 13 year old boy breaking up with a summer fling. I called Mr. Rooter a week later, as Andy had wasted one of my precious few days off the previous week. I asked them to please unclog my drain without any construction. They said they could do it, and the guy who came out was able to after maybe 20 minutes. It ended up costing $607 to use the water jet machine to unclog and clean my pipes. Worth every penny. I just wish I had my $160 back, but I guess it was a cheap price to pay to get him out of my house. Oh well. Glad I didn't let this guy near my walls or cabinet. Don't call him, just shell out the cash to get a professional to help you. Thanks, Andy.

Andy Jahn Plumbing & Rooter is great. We called him to come to our house for a faucet repair and toilet repair and possible replace/fix our water hater. He helped with the toilet fix and the hot water is back now. He said to just call Kohler to fix a defect part in the faucet and that saved us $200! I would recommend Andy anytime and the best part was the same day service.

I hired Andy to replace a faucet for me a few months ago. During the call, he noticed a bigger problem that I had which was my water heater exhaust pipe was installed to the ground (done by Lowe's contracted service many years ago), and that also caused a water damage to my floor. Later on, I have Andy come in to remove the water heater first, then my other contractor replaced the flooring and at last have Andy to install a new water heater. He was always on time, fair price and gets the job done quickly. I will highly recommend.

Aaron did a fabulous job detecting the water leak in our front yard from the meter to the house. He then dug down (about 4’), fixed the leak and covered it up. We are very pleased with Trusted Plumbing.

Plumbers were very nice and professional. Installed valves that were badly needed. Also returned to look at another issue that I was having. I would highly recommend Trusted Plumbing & Heating LLC for your plumbing needs.

Jim & his team worked on my rental home for issue with well water. They installed extra water tank & spent hours to make sure everything was working at reasonably price. We did not have to replace anything just added extra water tank. I had other well specialist came to give us diagnostic & estimate came to replace everything which would cost close to $20,000.

Have leak in water line between meter and our house. They came right out and after several hours found the leak. Also gave us a bid for the repair which they can do in a couple days. Nice guys, good value, great to work with!

Update - two days later they fixed it! The leak was right where they thought, they fixed the pipe, and patched our driveway with a minimum of disruption. We weren’t there, but all went smoothly. Even sent us good photos of the work done. Couldn’t be happier!

Trusted Plumbing & Heating

The plumber came to my condo on 5/19/2021 because a new toilet had to be installed and the shower tub spout had a heavy dripping (almost running water). So, I asked the plumber if I really needed to have the shower valve replaced (the pipes). The plumber said no, but told me that the cartridge inside of the shower valve had to be replaced. The plumber replaced two parts of the cartridge (outside and inside), but did not replace the middle part of it. With an old middle part inside of the cartridge, the problem was not solved. The plumber came back to reopen the cartridge, and that was when I saw that there was an old part in the middle of the two new parts. Then, I asked him why he had two new parts in the outside of the cartridge and one old part in middle of it. I am not plumber, but it is obvious if a part of any mechanics/electronics has three pieces, all three pieces should be replaced together so that such part can function well. The plumber realized that he needed to have the middle part new as well. Then, he purchased the third part and reinstalled the cartridge. Unfortunately, the problem was solved only for a few weeks. Then, the tub spout started leaking again although not as bad as before.

The kitchen faucet was so badly installed by the plumber provided by Trusted Plumbing & Heating that could have become a serious water leak. The plumber had to come back to fix the problem. I have attached a video and a picture, but you cannot see it, I was able to make a screenshot of the worst part of the installation. When I spoke with the manager/owner about the water in the toilet running once a while, he told me that if the water was not running at the time the plumber would be in my condominium, I was going to be charged for the call. I also told the manager/owner that in my opinion Trusted Plumbing & Heating should return the payment I made for the installation and parts I paid for the cartridge installation as the problem was not solved. He told me that he was not going to return any money.

The manager did not want to speak with me anymore and hung up.

Ask yourself, do you want to have a plumber that will not do a good job in the first time? Do you want a plumber that will have to come back two, three times, and it does not fix the problem you have in your home?

We have been using trusted plumbing and heating since two thousand and twenty. We have never regretted spending the money on their craftsmanship. They are a one and done company. We've never had to have them come back to make fine-tunes or adjustments on anything. They do the work the work is done. That's the end of it. We will continue to use them if we need them in the future.

They came out quickly. Have right equipment. Tight approach. Fix was done in less that 3 hours. Reasonable price.

Jim was great!! He took a very challenging clog in our kitchen and was persistent enough to get it out. He also expertly steered away from what another plumber had recommended which would have made a huge mess in hindsight. To top it off, we now have another drain clean out installed to make future clean outs easier. Really great work and professional.
