Completely wasted my time, late twice and pay a fee just to be told my appliance is old. They didn't even try checking if anything.

Our shower handle broke unusually. The technician came the next day and did a great job quickly replacing the handle.

Our technician, Richard, was outstanding. He was very professional and straight to the point with what was wrong with our clogged sink.

Ben was great, fixed a broken garbage disposal quickly and had the necessary equipment on hand, so didn't require a second visit. Highly recommend, great guys!

I was told to be home from 11-1 for someone to come by and fix my toilet. I took the day off. They never showed up when I called them they were very rude. Saying they called me multiple time even though I returned there phone call and made me wait all day. Not going to use someone that doesn’t respect my time.

I'm so grateful for their service. I had a clogging problem in the house, and the toilet wasn't draining. Having a clogged pipe is no fun, but I'm grateful to John and Eric, who made it a pleasant experience.

I had emergency repairs done today by Derek and am so happy! I set the appointment last night via phone calls with him; he was very patient and helpful.

This is not a plumbing company, just a referral service that connects you with a plumber. From the disclaimer on the website:

Called them about some new sewer line install. I am a Construction Manager myself. I asked for an e-mail to send my docs and info to, to get pricing. I was told by Curtis they don't do that and they want a tech to come out and charge a fee. I was told to look elsewhere. So unprofessional and I would know, but I assume they have plenty of business that they can treat folks that way. I would advise using someone that is not all about Sales calls.

We really wanted to use a local small business plubimg service. Called this place for a quote for a new water heater and was told that they needed to come to the house so I made an appointment. They gave me a 2 hour window that they would show up which was great! They never showed up and didn't even have the courtesy to call.. just a waste of time waiting around for them to show up.

First call they said a dispatcher will reach out to us in 15mins but no one called. Called the next day and was told I will then later get another call back but no call again. So far the trust is no longer there, sorry moving on to the next guy in hopes they can stick to their word.

Highly recommend Andy. He's on the level.

Andy came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. He was on time and super professional. He’s going to be my new go to plumber for sure.

I give Andy my highest recommendation. He just installed a new wax ring on my toilet as it was leaking sewer gas into my bathroom. He is courteous, dependable, and honest. His work is impeccable and he doesn't suggest jobs that are unnecessary. He is my go to plumber.

I had an issue with the water level in my toilet and called Andy to schedule an appointment. Before he put me in his schedule he walked me through some basic trouble shooting. I was able to fix it with him talking me through it on the phone in matter of minutes. Thanks to his advice we didn't need him to come out this time but he will definitely be our plumber if any future issues come up. Thanks Andy
