Jesse did a wonderful job of taking care of a clogged line about 40 down preventing our kitchen sink from draining. Not only did he have the skills and equipment (which is expected), he was patient with answering my questions and very nice to the four kids running around outside during the whole time on a Saturday evening. I am very impressed.
