The Plumbing Joint was really great to work with, from the scheduling process to the day of service. I was confident in Aaron's knowledge regarding our potential leak, and trusted his expertise. I was also pleased at how early they were able to get me on the calendar for my non-emergency issue. I will definitely be using this company in the future and highly recommend.

We were able to get scheduled within 24 hours, and the technicians who arrived, L.T. and Noel, gave clear explanations of the necessary work. I appreciated their transparency throughout the process as well as their friendliness. Would highly recommend The Plumbing Joint!

I had a crack in a drain pipe, probably due to the house settling. The plumber who came out was fast, efficient, and was able to fix the problem quickly. I would use The Plumbing Joint again

Chris, the plumber, did an excellent job replacing an old toilet. He arrived on time, got the job done fast, and left the area clean. The new toilet functions flawlessly, and he ensured everything was level and securely installed. The price was reasonable, and he was easy going, which is a plus. I highly recommend. We will be calling them back soon to replace a disposal.

Have used TPJ twice. Their customer service is great, they took care of organizing times with tenants at a rental for us and got everything done quickly and smoothly .

Dakota promptly called me about a job follow-up. I relayed issues and he showed up at the time given. Without hesitation he crawled under my house, assessed the situation and had matters corrected in about ten minutes. Dakota is friendly, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend him for any plumbing repair.

Jason W. was awesome. Assessed a complicated situation remedied it quickly and also provided suggestions for future planned work I inquired about. I ended up getting more answers than expected to questions I didn't even know I had. Really appreciated how he informed throughout the work.

I called with a plumbing issue and they had a technician to my home with 2 hours. He fixed the issue and was in and out in no time. Technician was super nice and helpful. Extremely affordable as well. I'll definitely be calling again with any plumbing issues.

Would give no stars if possible. Called to have parking lot drain cleaned out. I requested vacuum pump. The send over someone to snake it out, needed power so could not do work. No work done! $229. They rescheduled for the following Monday. Came back still could not do the work as it needed a vacuum pump - charged another $229. Avoid them at "all costs".

I recently had a whole-house generator installed. The Plumbing Joint Inc. was the sub-contractor for the gas piping to the generator. Because they were the sub-contractor, I had no contact with the office, customer service, or any staff other than the plumbing Technician (and a “trainee”) they sent out to do the work.

The job involved running gas piping through the crawl space, penetrating out through the wall of the house, dropping down into a pre-dug 2ft trench that went out around behind the generator, then coming up and connecting into the back of generator.

When the Technician “finished" the job and left, I had numerous issues with what he had done. I contacted my Project Manager, who contacted The Plumbing Joint Inc, who then sent out the same Technician who had created all the problems in the first place. I had hoped they would send out a different, more qualified Technician to make the corrections - after all, the original guy thought he had done it “right" the first time, so why would the company think he would be capable of even identifying let alone fixing these problems ???

Wanting to be fair, I had my Project Manager, a general contractor neighbor, and my own plumber come over and look at the situation prior to this second visit. All agreed that it may functionally work to deliver gas to the generator, but overall the job was unacceptable.

The Technician returned for the 2nd visit, and I pointed out all the issues that had been identified. For each item listed he blamed the “trainee” for having done the work. After 1.5 hours, the Technician said he needed to order another “part,” and would schedule to come back for a 3rd time. After he left, I discovered that he had spent the time digging under the corner of the generator and undermining the pad.

I later discovered the damage done to the new insulation in the crawl space. At this point I decided to cancel any further work on my property by The Plumbing Joint Inc. Instead, I had my own plumber make the corrections/repairs, and re-do the gas piping in the trench from the house to the generator.

    My list of issues:
Cut the strings and tore down parts of the NEW overhead fiberglass insulation in the crawl space
Knocked the foam sleeves off of water lines in the crawl space
Failed to paint exposed black iron (=rust)
Trapped my garden hose behind the gas pipe
Gas pipe was expected to exit the house and run parallel to the already installed electrical line - it did not
Metal bar spiked into the corner of the generator pad, potentially weakening the integrity of the pad
Large wad of tracer wire left wound around the pipe above ground
Rather than follow the existing trench, dug under the corner of the generator and undermined the pad by 7”
Piled the dirt from his digging up on the pad and up against the side of the generator
Did not caulk any of the wall penetrations

I called up on a Saturday and Ashley picked up right away which was nice since 3 other companies went straight to voicemail. Clearly these folks are not shying away from working. She scheduled me in and helped me understand pricing and process.

Dakota was the technician that came out and he was able to fix my clogged sink in the kitchen. He had a good demeanor and was was willing to go the extra mile for me. Lots of plumbers have attitude problems but he was humble and very positive which is refreshing nowadays. I had some other questions, and one other small issue I had him take a look at and he helped me with that as well. Normally folks try to upsell or add more charges but these folks were fair with me.

I am very pleased with The plumbing joint's service and them coming out and resolving my clogged kitchen sink. They actually charged a reasonable price as well which was great since money is tight right now.

I also work in the trades and plan on referring The plumbing joint to my clients who are in often in need of a reputable plumber. Very good experience with them overall. They are also a family owned company which is another reason I would use them again if I ever need it.

It was a bigger job than I expected. 50 feet of 3/4 inch gas line. Nearly 6 hours of labor wrestling the pipe through ceilings and walls to get to each end location. LT and Kenny worked hard and cleaned up their work areas perfectly.

Awesome (and HONEST)service, friendly and knowledgeable, Jason was very good and polite. Would definitely recommend. (Hot water tank not heating)

Fantastic experience! Chris quickly and expertly installed a new chair height, pressure flush toilet for me. He even hauled my old toilet down a flight of stairs, and my new toilet up a flight of stairs due to an elevator outage. Now, that's above and beyond the call of duty! He was pleasant, friendly and helpful, just like everyone I have dealt with at TPJ. This is a first-class plumbing establishment, with fair pricing. They're the best!

I had a great experience in replacing my water heater with The Plumbing Joint, I called to schedule the replacement and Ashley was responsive and communicated the information effectively. The Technician, L.T. arrived early in the appointment window and got to work right away. The process was very smooth and professional. 5/5, would definitely go with them in the future.
