Super happy with my water heater installation! Ricardo was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. He was on time, even offering to come early. Like I said, very communicative! The water heater installation went perfectly and looks better than the original...super professional and helpful advice/input. Ricardo offered solutions to add insulation under the water heater..proactive. Honestly, I've never experienced a plumber like him! Very impressed...great job, no complaints, super friendly, very respectful, excellent human :) Forgot to mention he gave me the lowest bid as well but I got primo service! Thank you again!

Ricardo came out, looked at our disposal, and noticed a screw that had gotten wedged in the side wall of the disposal. As we talked we agreed that it would be better to just replace the disposal with the new one we had purchased ourselves. He got the job done in about 45 minutes. He also charges a flat fee for his work, so there no hidden fees when it comes to replacing a disposal. His work is top notch and he is friendly. Please consider ocean plumbing if you have any plumbing work that needs doing, he is your guy. He has been a plumber for 12 years and you can tell.

Ricardo is responsive, and adheres to the time windows he commits to. He replaced a section of damaged water service line, and 2 isolation valves. He will respect your home, travelling with his own shoe covers, leaving it clean. Very professional and efficient. Strongly recommended!

We were extremely pleased with Ocean Plumbing when we called him to replace an old water heater.

Ricardo was extremely polite. He showed up on time to our estimate meeting, explained the details of what he would do, and offered a few options. He didn't act rushed, and talked us through aspects of maintaining our second water heater.

He offered a time to replace the heater the very next morning, and showed up on time literally to the second. He laughingly mentioned that this is only possible for his first appointment of the day.

He had very clear communication, helped us identify our unlabeled breaker for our water heater, showed me how to maintain it going forward, and cleaned up nicely after he was gone. I'll absolutely call Ocean Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Ricardo and his team came out to help me replace a cracked undermount sink with a nonstandard cutout in the countertop and tight cabinet that made replacement a challenge. He was able to modify a drop in sink I purchased to fit the space, replace the plumbing, faucet and handle a few other repairs. He was transparent on pricing, meticulous on the install/repairs, and gladly answered all the questions I had. Look forward to working with him again on future projects!

We're very happy to have worked with Ocean Plumbing. We had a leaky outdoor faucet, and Ricardo provided prompt and helpful service. He was able to work with my availability, starting the job in late afternoon. He was very informative throughout the process, and had positive energy as well. We were having low flow of hot water to our kitchen sink. We had it checked out by another company and they determined there was sediment in the faucet. They traced it back to the hot water heater. Long story short, they gave us an estimate of $9,000 to replace the hot water tank (75 gallon). I called Ocean Plumbing to get a second opinion. Mind you this is midday on a Friday. Ricardo thankfully was able to stop by at 3:30 p.m. He was able to trace the sediment to a decayed washer in the valve. He replaced the valve and flushed out the faucet lines to remove the sediment. Total cost was $212. The hot water tank lives for another day! Ricardo was very professional and I can tell he takes pride in his work. Plus it is always nice to support a local company. I strongly recommend Ocean Plumbing!
