I will call Ocean Plumbing for any future plumbing needs, they are simply the best. Ricardo was very kind and extremely professional, and I was very lucky that he was able to respond to my emergency issue (burst pipe). He also connected me to a water damage restoration company that he works with, which means a lot since there are so many issues with the weather event that many restoration companies are only taking referrals and not cold calls right now. The pricing was also very reasonable. I’m grateful.

Ricardo did an excellent job replacing our water pressure regulator, leaking water valves and washing machine spigots. He was fast but very thorough. Also, his customer service went above and beyond! He has excellent communication throughout the process, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I'm so happy to have found him and I'll definitely be a return customer and recommend him to my friends.

Update: I hired Ricardo again to replace our main water valve and install a Moen Flo system. Again, he exceeded expectations. I'm very happy with the results. Hopefully no more water issues but I know who I'm calling anyway!

Ricardo was amazing to work with from start to finish: responded quickly when we contacted him with a kitchen sink issue, showed up on time, immediately diagnosed, explained, and fixed the problem by trying the cheapest option first without trying to upsell or overcharge us on anything, did the job quickly and efficiently, and a months long problem was fixed for us in 30 minutes. Honest, transparent, reliable, patient, and kind—highly recommended!

Excellent service. We had an issue with significant water leak on main water line into the house. I contacted Ricardo at Ocean Plumbing just after lunch time. He told me he would by after he finished the job he was working on. He arrived as promised to determine the problem and estimate the cost of repair. His explanation was clear and easy to understand.

He determined that he could make the repair reasonably quickly. It wasn’t as straightforward as he initially thought , but he was able to make the repair and restore water service to the house, leak free.

Ricardo replaced a old water heater for our recently purchased home. Not only was he professional and responsive but he was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Ricardo and will use him again for my plumbing needs!

Ricardo is amazing. Extremely honest and thorough. He came highly recommended and I can see why. He fixed our outside faucet and gave us a very detailed plan and reasonable price for it. Will definitely use him again in the future for any plumbing needs!

We discovered a water leak and our contractor recommended Ricardo at Ocean Plumbing LLC.
Setting up appointment with him was easy, we communicated the issue and work scope via text message and he arrived on time.
Instead of doing a quick fix of the found pinhole leaks, Ricardo noticed subtle water mark on the ceiling, and he decided to cut more drywall open to check for more leaks. Sure enough, he found another leak. This means he needed to replace a longer stretch of pipe and deal with a T connector. I offered to pay extra for the extra work, but he still charged the original quote price.
Ricardo was also friendly while working. He explained what he was doing, the type of material and tools he was using.
I highly recommend Ricardo for his dedication and honesty. He truly cares about his customer and go the extra mile to ensure the best quality of his work. I will call Ricardo for any of my future plumbing needs.

If you’re anything like me, having work done on your house is one of your least favorite things.

My water heater started to leak and so I began the process of replacing it. I came across Ocean Plumbing and their excellent reviews, gave Ricardo a call, and he provided me with an estimate over the phone as well as answered other general questions I had.

After calling around, I found Ricardo’s price to be competitive and moved forward with booking. He was easy to communicate with, arrived on time, and the work was completed with thoroughness and quality. He answered other questions I had, provided estimates for other work he had noticed opportunities for, and overall was great to work with. Great service from start to finish. Ricardo responded to my request to fix the leaked drain pipe in my crawl space very promptly. He explained to me what to expect for the repair, estimated time he needed and how he planned to fix it. He found additional leakage next to the original leak and offered to replace that part without additional charge. He completed the repair as promised and tested the pipe that it is working well.
