We were notified by the water district that we had a leak on our side of the meter. I got in touch with Mike about replacing our water line. He called on the date scheduled and was ahead of schedule and asked to arrive early 👍. He located the leak and replaced our waterline in a timely and professional manner! I would highly recommend Margullis Construction to all my friends and family.

Just had Mike with Margullis come out and replaced our entire water line outside of the house. It was one of the best costumer service experiences we have had!!! Timely, professional, trustworthy, went above and beyond (and didn’t charge extra when they ran into challenges) and less than half of the cost the big plumbing company’s bid! Thank you again!! Busted water lines happen! I met Mike repairing a similar job for my neighbor. After completing it, he zipped over to take a look at my situation. He gave me a quote and was at my house the next day. He and his Dad completed the work in a few hours and provided a great price. Mike and his dad Doug are some of the best people on the planet. Having a water leak in a home you own is a big deal. These guys came highly recommended from my water district. It didn’t take them all but less than an hour to come out to my home for free and assess the situation. They recommended a leak detection company who specializes in leaks under concrete. Once the issue was found Mike and his dad fixed the issue, we’re not over priced, we’re professional leaving the least amount of concrete repair work needed and were just so nice and respectful. I highly recommend them for water leak issues on your main water line from the meter to the house. Assessments are free! Give them a call!

After a main line water leak caused by poor contractor work and a tree, we were recommended Margullis Construction from water district 90 for repairs. Both father and son did a wonderful job fixing my line and taking out the tree that caused the problem as if it were their water line. They were both very personable and informative and didn’t gauge my checkbook the way a plumbing service would for the same job. I really appreciate the work and integrity. I would trust and recommend them to anyone with similar problems.

Margullis Construction was recommended to me by a reliable source, and I was not disappointed! I had a pretty bad water leak from my meter to the home and after calling numerous companies, one of which I have been referring work to for a number of years, Margullis Construction came through for me. It was refreshing to find an excavation/plumbing company that not only made room for me in their busy schedule, but also charged a very reasonable rate for replacing my failed pressure reducing valve. I would definitely recommend them and they will be my new go-to for any exterior dirt work or utility needs that I have.

Michael was up front and transparent about what needed to be done, including cost. He explained contingencies for unknowns.

Overall his estimate was the most reasonable, arrived on time and completed the work. Professional and polite throughout the entire process.

Ricardo is very prompt and professional. I had a burst pipe in a very tight crawl space and Ricardo went in and gave me a quick assessment of the work and a fair estimate. We also discussed an alternative fix in case the first one was not feasible (and gave me an estimate for the alternative). He showed up on the day and time he scheduled and repaired the damaged pipe. The repair was done in very tight quarters and Ricardo was very efficient and clean. He provided photos of the work. I’m very happy with his work and will rely on Ricardo for future plumbing needs

My husband actually found Ricardo - he is extremely professional, nice, and respectful. He was very clear with his thought process on what might be the issue, and was transparent the whole time. He made sure to ask us if it was okay to walk in and out of our home while he gets his tools/supplies and wears shoe booties to not track dirt into our home. He explained to me ( not knowing much about plumbing) very simply what the issue was, and provided tips to make sure to not encounter the problem again. He was very clean, not only with his things but also put back our kitchen sink items nice and neat. He also provided general tips for the home in terms of good plumbing practice. I think this is well beyond what you pay for , and his service was reasonable.

I tried to tip him for his service but he skipped over it, and instead asked for an honest review and that’s what I’m doing!

Fantastic service. First time having a plumbing issue at our house with the toilet getting clogged and water leaking all over the bathroom and downstairs. Found Ricardo on Google/Yelp and he was able to come out that afternoon to take a look. He provided us with multiple options and quotes that we felt comfortable to go with. He had very kind mannerism and explained all options. We wanted to use the toilet right away so texted him our option and he had time to come out the next day to fix everything. He left everything very clean and hauled away the old toilet as well. He was honest, polite and excellent in his skills! Thank you Ricardo!!

Such a wonderful experience! Ricardo was not only professional, but he was prompt, and even went to pick up a part that was missing from the kit on his own time. I hired Ricardo to replace my water heater, which still worked but which was going on 15 years old and I was worried it would begin leaking. Ricardo did a great job on installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. While he was here, he noticed that the water pressure to my house was 100 pounds per square inch, compared to a code recommendation of being no more than 80 pounds. He suggested I install a pressure reduction valve, but he didn’t apply any pressure and was careful to say that I should do some research to make sure that it was something I thought made sense. I called my local water utility and they confirmed that reducing my pressure would reduce the chances of premature failure of my pipes and my appliances. I really like the way Ricardo does business and would highly recommend him!
