Requested service to repipe a 2 bath/1 kitchen and a bunch of additional stub outs. Doug gave me an estimate that no one else could beat. Was hesitant at first but very happy that I went with them. Baba, Jose, and Michael were masters! Had an issue with one of the stub out due to a hairline crack and Baba was back in to fix this in no time! Unbeatable price on a tip top quality work! Kept things clean!
Couple things to note on all repipe jobs. (1) They're not magicians and can't work through walls. So walls will have to be cut. (2) They're not drywall repairers- you wouldn't hire a surgeon to fix your car right?.

These guys live by a good principle. Would definitely hire these guys again and again!

Didn't use Repipe Masters for plumbing, but had a separate business interaction with the owner and was thoroughly impressed. Professional, kind, and easy going — exactly the kind of person you want to do business with. Five stars without hesitation!

Nick and crew replaced our old, decrepit galvanized pipes with PEX (polyethylene) ones. His crew also replaced the aging tub fixtures. As promised, they did the work in one day and cleaned up the day after.
They were quick, prompt, and efficient but they didn't cut corners. He installed ball gate valves so we can have better control of the plumbing (for instance, if we needed to replace a hot water heater, we can just shut off the water to that specific heater).
We are very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend him to others.

I called kaizen plumbing for clogged kitchen sink. kajik showed up on time and cable the drain and got problem solved quickly. he also showed us how to prevent this from happening again. very easy to work with, we would definitely use them again.

Great plumber, fast dispatch, fair price. Called a few other companies for bids on a simple project. We were very unhappy with the lack of transparency with both of those other companies. The Plumbing Joint dispatch gave a rough estimate, ETA, and what to expect. Plumber, I think his name was Dakota, was on time, very friendly, professional, and did a great job. He gave some helpful advice without feeling like he was pushing additional service. Went above and beyond and fixed a separate issue while here.

The billing was transparent and fair. Overall, very pleased with this company and they will be the first ones I call if needed in the future.

I recently required no more than three feet of drain pipe replumbed to accept a specialized flange for a new toilet. The Plumbing Joint was recommended by an acquaintance, as they charge only for time and materials. This was a simple job, with easy access to the relevant area from several directions.

The two people who showed up were very pleasant: a journeyman (I suppose) and an apprentice. They listened closely to the description of the work I wanted done, examined the hardware I wanted installed, and proceeded to try to do something else, which didn't work. They then did half of what I wanted (replumbed the last couple feet before the toilet flange), then installed their own flange.

Their flange sat shy of the level of the floor by about ⅛ inch, and because it did so, it would not accept the mounting hardware of the new toilet. The workers realized this only after installation, expressed disappointment, and said they would have to get the multitool and cut recesses into the floor. At this point I said that was sufficient; I could finish the work up.

The plumbing (modulo the incorrect, permanently affixed flange) was fine; it was tested for leaks and hasn't leaked yet. I installed the toilet, chiseling access into the flooring for the mounting hardware. The toilet can never be completely secured, since the flange is incorrect.

The hourly fees quoted when I called were correct, if high, but misleading, since they did not include extra cost for an apprentice. I didn't order an apprentice, and his fees were $360/hr, billable in quarter-hour increments. I guess that's the cost of an extra pair of hands these days? The parts were charged at a rate no less than 100% above retail for identical items, except for glue, which was charged at about a 1000% markup. I was irritated, but I paid the $960 bill, sent them on their way, and vacuumed the work area.

Great experience, Jason was friendly and did a great job. Having an older home always presents challenges but he knew what to do.

Sewer tank alarm activated. They were quickly available on the job in an hour and a 1/2 and diagnosed the problem In a 1/2 hour .thank you much..

Bonus: He was thoughtful in solving our issue. If we ever have a plumbing situation in the future, we will immediately call The Plumbing Joint again.

Service technician was polite. Took the kitchen faucet apart only to tell us he couldn't make repairs. He suggested that we contact the manufacturer Moen to see if we could file a warranty claim. And for that revelation we paid $302.22. Needless to say, we're not very happy to have flushed that much that didn't change anything. Still can't use my kitchen sink.
