They saved me! Outflow clogged at 3:45pm on a Friday. Toilet backed-up into shower, washer draining flooded garage. Other plumbers either couldn't come or charged $165/15 mins. Really? That's $660 AN HOUR. The Roto-guys showed-up within the hour, quickly diagnosed problem and fixed it. Then he said he'd call another worker to come scope my whole system all the way to the municipal connection. SWEET! Fast, knowledgeable, efficient and VERY EFFECTIVE. Thanks Roto-Rooter.

Their technicians are always curteous and trun up when they say they will. And i know from personal experience they stick by their workmanship and will make it right if they need to. Gio, the tech that came out, was a really nice guy. Very professional and quick. He got everything cleaned out and showed me exactly where the problem was and explained how it could be fixed. I would definitely have him come out for future issues.

He always shows me before and after videos, explains everything clearly, and does excellent work. He even calls every two years to remind me when maintenance is due so I can avoid another flood. Outstanding service and reliability.

Toan was prompt, extremely polite and personable. His work was neat, and was considerate of our property. He completed the the job perfectly. His cleanup afterwards was exactly what we hoped for.

I had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter. I had a major plumbing issue with a clogged sewer line, and their team responded quickly and professionally. They not only cleared the blockage but also installed a new sewer clean-out to help prevent future problems.

They also handled water mitigation in two bathrooms and my kitchen after the backup. The entire crew — Gio, Marcel, Ron, and Nelson — were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain what they were doing throughout the process. This was my first experience filing a homeowners insurance claim, and they were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process and explaining what to expect. That support made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

What could have been a very overwhelming experience was made much easier thanks to their professionalism, teamwork, and great customer service. They worked hard to make sure everything was cleaned up and restored. I truly appreciate the thorough work and peace of mind they provided. Highly recommend!
