I highly recommend Thorn Electric for any electrical needs. The electricians were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and provided top notch quality work. The install of my EV charger was installed as soon as I received my charger, and for a reasonable price. The electricians were able to provide immediate quotes for other electrical projects that I had inquired about, were very courteous, and addressed all my concerns and questions. I will definitely use them again for my future electrical needs.

Older home and when called yesterday - they were able to get someone in today! Tyson showed and found issue, gave detailed info on solution. He checked the initiating issue and got everything to work pending repair...again older home...glad for the explanation of how my electric systems works and was set up. For peace of mind couldn't have asked for a better guy. Really glad I found this company.

Made an appointment with Trevor and he came out the following day and found the issue and had it fixed in the amount of time that was quoted.. I would like to say THANK YOU to Thorn Electric for their prompt service and great customer service. I work remote and I came across some power issues in my new home. I needed someone to quickly come and resolve the issue as I could not work due to no internet/power. I came across Thorn Electric who had a great review so I called them and them ONLY! When I called the young lady who answered the phone was very kind and understanding of my needs. She stated she would contact her manager and they would reach out to me asap. Shortly after, I received a call from Trevor their Residential Manager.Trevor was very kind and also understanding of my needs. He scheduled an appt as quickly as possible and he got my power issues resolved with in a few minutes after he had arrived. He didn’t only fix the issue, he was also very honest about his work and explained other issues that he recommended be fixed. Thorn Electric did an amazing job on our home. They replaced our old electrical panel and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. While working, they also caught open grounds that we didn’t even know were an issue.

So pleased with the results from my project!!!! I live in a manufactured home and didn't have ceiling lights in our living room. Called Thorn for a quote and had Trevor out the next day, working with my schedule. He saw my vision and got me a quote later that day. I Immediately signed and got on the schedule! Today Jakob and Marcos came and installed some LED can lights and wired them on a dimmer switch. This is exactly the upgrade this house needed and deserved. Install team was fast, efficient, friendly and clean. Do yourself a favor and have Thorn electric do that project you have always wanted.

There are two things most important to me when hiring a contractor - skill and customer service. Bogdan Gulchuk hit the mark on both. An appointment is recommended, but when I needed an electrician at 4:15 pm on a Friday, I found myself on a website that recommends electricians in my area. Bogdan answered the call, coming right over to fix an electrical issue with a brand new water tank. Bogdan is a customer centric business owner; reasonable rates, and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands the minute he arrived. He got the job done, waiting around to be sure my hot water tank was going to heat up. I highly recommend Gulchuk Electric for big and small electrical issues.

Bogan came out to give me an estimate to install 2 electrical outlets in the floor. He told me it would cost $650.00. I wasn't thinking clearly so I said okay, my husband of 50 years passed away less than a month before. A friend had recommended him. I am a senior living on my SS disability $$. He came back the next day to do the work, he brought the about $80 worth of parts with him. All in all, he was done in about an hour and a half, no work was done in the electrical panel. I paid him cash 💸., so no record of the transaction, another error on my part.
After I told how much it cost friends were shocked. I know it was near Christmas so maybe he needed the extra money 💰 but so did I. It's taken me a long time to post because I was so upset about everything going on in my life that I was afraid of what I might say. I'm glad that you all have had good experiences guess I am the odd one in the group. Gail

Gulchuck Electric came out same day and reviewed what was needed, no charge. Came back to fix everything, estimated 6 hours and completed in 3. Found crossed wires in my heat pump which another company said was a lost cause. Saved me thousands. Very highly recommend!

Bogden accepted our request, came and did the wrong job, afterwards when I asked him to fix it, admitted he did not have the right tools to do the job, refused to provide a refund claiming his work was up to code (but outside the scope of agreed services), then when I told him I would file a small claims court case, he said ok I’ll come undo and provide a refund. All of this is in writing. Then he comes and does work we did not agree to instead of undoing and providing a refund.
