Brian did a great job coming up with efficient solutions for some wiring challenges, and completed the work promptly.

They arrived quick, less than 40 min. Thought I was going to have to wait a few hours. Nope! Person was friendly and got my power and heat back on. Thank you Volt electrical.

Brian came out to give me a bid. It was higher than I expected but he explained the reasoning behind it. He seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. I was excited to get him on the job. He informed me that I needed to pay half of the bill to book the appointment. I did. There was no communication at all. He finally responded after about my 4th message. The weather would not allow him to complete the install. I told him I understood and asked him to communicate with me when he would be able to get the job done. A month went by without a word from him. I asked for a refund as I found someone else who would do it for less and get it done that next weekend. Brian said he d get me a refund. That was over 2 months ago. My project is still not done because I can t pay the other electrician. Brian needs to work on communication with the homeowners he is working with. A simple message, email or call to let me know what was going on and when he would complete my project. I just want my money back.
Update! Brian refunded $972 of the $976.56 I paid ($127.38 was a tip I originally added). After my complaint to the BBB and Google back in March 2019 Brian gave me the $972 refund in May 2019.

I am extremely satisfied by the work Brian has done for me. It was an urgent situation, weekend, and Brian came right away to help me. Quality of electrical work was very high. Brian is a very nice person and I will use him in the future.

What a great team! Very responsive and fast. They were able to go above and beyond to get things going and situated for the electrical work for our solar panels. With great communication they were also able to be out to finish the job same day. 100% will recommend them and will have them out for future electrical services!

Our power went out and we were worried about the summer heat with no ac. Brian responded to our house after hours at night and on the weekend all the way in Benton City very quickly. He had us back up and running in minutes! The price turned out to be cheaper than our estimate. We had fast, professional, friendly and quality service. Highly recommend!

Called and requested a quote. Was told someone would show up the next day between 10-2. No one ever came, no phone call, text, email, nothing. Went with someone else.
