Jerry was the first electrician that actually picked up the phone when we called. He came over the same day to give us an estimate for our panel replacement and hot tub installation. Thomas did the work and he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. It was a multi day project and they kept us in the loop and were flexible with us for scheduling the day that we would be without power for the panel replacement. Both Jerry and Thomas talked directly to me when I asked questions and didn't just talk to my husband. I would highly recommend ESSCO and will use them again for any electrical needs.

I would definitely recommend ESSCO for your electrical needs. They completed a large landscaping project for our new home adding electrical sockets and hardscape lights along our retention walls. They took their time and wanted to make sure they did a good job. They were very cognizant of electrical code which was important. Jerry and his team were always responsive and followed up to make sure everything was going ok even after the job was complete. Competitive in pricing.

I had 3 other companies try to charge me $5000 dollars and they told me the job would take several days, and they did it in about 2 hours for only $700 this is a great company and Jerry is a very honest and professional business owner.

Jerry and his crew were very polite and explained as they went. Our primary concern was safety and Jerry made sure that was on everyone's minds as they fixed the electrical. He gave us honest opinions on what we thought we needed. I moved from the Seattle area and they would scam you but not Jerry. Essco Electric is my new go to for all electrical work. On my first call to them, Hope had me setup with an appointment the next day. Jerry called and spent a lot of time explaining my options for a generator hook-up even though that is something for the future. Alek showed up the next day and installed my outdoor ceiling fan and replaced two faulty AC breakers. Alek was on time and completed the tasks very fast. Alek is a super friendly guy and does awesome work! The price was very fair as well. Essco is fantastic to do business with, highly recommended for all your electrical work in the Tri-Cities.

Alex and jerry are awesome! Called on a Monday and had a hot tub delivery on Wednesday, all of the wiring was complete so my hot tub was ready for use by Wednesday evening! Looks great, competitive pricing and amazing people. Highly recommend and will call them for anything I need!

Called to ask a question so I could hire their services.
Representative who answered the phone caught an attitude when apparently we both kept saying "hello" to eachother, but couldn't hear the other. Finally when the line cleared and we could hear one another, they just said "HELLO. How many times do I have to say hello. HELLO!"

I immediately hung up, since I won't hire services who catch an attitude like that over the phone.

ESSCO must be the guys you call for any and all electrical issues that you have. I don’t write a bunch of reviews but this one has to happen. I needed a new sub panel put in and Mike did a wonderful job. The estimate was awesome and he showed up on time and did the job very well and very quickly also.

Love Essco! We had them out to do a pretty big job recently. They updated all of the switches and outlets throughout the home, in addition to replacing two ceiling fans, a chandelier, and several other light fixtures. They not only did an awesome job, but they did it at an amazing price as well. The technicians Ryan, and Alex were super professional and friendly, and the owner Jerry was just the nicest to work with. We will look no further than Essco for any future electric needs. this company came highly rated through chatgbt. however when i called, the person who answered sounded like i had just woken him up. he didn’t announce the name of the company. he then dropped the phone to get a notepad and i waited about a minute or so for him to right himself. then he started to take my information. i had to spell my name twice and then he mispronounced my name three times before i finally gave up. five minutes into the phone call and i couldn’t even state what i needed. they’re work might be great but dang, first impressions say a lot and this one was really poor

Had a breaker trip. Called ESSCO talked to Jerry. He took his best electricians off a job to help. They had it fixed in no time. Found out that it was a staple through wire that powered master bedroom. If you have electrical issues call ESSCO! They will make it right!

Spoke with Jerry he sent one of his guys over they took care of a blow breaker at my families house and a basic panel replacement. Great people reasonable pricing definitely recommend.

Jerry was an absolute pleasure to work with. He runs a professional business and performs excellent work. We converted our TV room into a dinning area and our dinning area into a reading area. The TV area needed a light fixture in an odd place. Their work was done very carefully and looks perfect! But what impressed me most was that Jerry genuinely serves his customers. I’m grateful for his work.

My house lost power, the old breakers went bad. We called Essco spoke to Jerry. He send a guy out, they fixed everything even upgraded the panel to current code. Very professional, great price, work was done quick. I will be referring all my family and friends to them for electrical repairs.

Highly recommend this company, great pricing, high quality work, We had an electrical emergency on a Saturday night. Our main breaker arched and started melting the remaining breakers, thankfully we got the power off before fire broke out. Jerry and his guys were out here within 1 hour of our call got everything back up and running for the weekend. They came back soon after replaced the entire panel and added a surge protector for the house. They also helped us through homeowner insurance claim process.
