fast friendly service. The tech was running up and downstairs to fix my issues. Very impressed with Sean and his professionalism. I had him complete a couple of minor jobs since he was here for a larger issue. Affordable, thorough. Very pleased.

I went a whole month without a Washer&dryer! I had several different maintenance people & electricians comes out all so they can say that it was the washer & dryer…. NOTTT! It was actually an electrical issue. So thankful for Salvadors work!

After the first contractor I requested from another company canceled my appointment after I waited a week for work, I called Essco hoping that I might be able to get something done on my days off. When I spoke with Tyler, he got the information he needed and said he could be out within two hours. not expecting such prompt service, I was pleased. He did call me that an emergency call came up and he would be a little later than 2 hours, but that wasn't a problem. He kept me informed of the delay (emeregencies DO happen), and was here at the time he stated for after his emergency. He came here, explained what he needed to do, and explained he would need to get a part to install my outdoor porch light. When he came back, he got to it and had it installed in no time. Kudos to TYLER for taking care of my problem so promptly (when the OTHER GUY was going to make me wait another week). I APPRECIATE HIS LEVEL OF DEDICATION. Essco will get my future business for any projects around the house and would HIGHLY recommend them based on my experience. From time of first call to the completion of the project was just over 3 hours. A lot better than more than two weeks.

We recently hired Essco Electric for a remodel of our home. We added 20 can lights to improve the lighting and look in several rooms. Jerry (owner) and Sal were wonderful to work with. Detail oriented, honest, fair, and went the extra mile on our home. I highly recommend this company for your next electrical project.

Working with Essco has been a nightmare. Have had to hire three different companies to come in to finish work Essco did incorrectly and fix the damages to my home. The first two months of the work not being finished were attributed to the workers. They didn't purchase an electrical permit until 6 weeks AFTER they'd started work. The last 4 months (and 14 scheduled appointments) still did not finish it, even when the owner came. Panel change and generator purchase and install. Had to hire a different dealer to fix what was not finished out on the generator, and a different electrical company to fix what was done incorrectly on the panel change. A handyman has to come in and replace the wall torn out. Essco has said they would reimburse me for all the damage done and I hope they stand by their word.

Maybe their company used to have better professionalism, but my experience with them has been awful.

He was hired by a construction company to do a job in Oregon. After taking his time on the job (total of about 4 months!), found out that he was NEVER certified to work in Oregon!! He also kept insisting to install wall heaters with 220v and we wanted 110v forced air heaters. He didn't listen to us and ordered what he wanted any way! Needless to say, he had to take them back! Plus, the contractors ended up firing him due to not being Oregon certified - he lied to them - and ended up having to hire another electrician to go completely over what he had done in order to complete the job. Even found out that he STILL installed 220v wires for our heaters when we told him no!! Will not EVER recommend him to anyone nor hire him again!! And if I could give a -5 star review, I would have! 1 star was the lowest I could go!

We had an electrical issue at our home and Essco was very professional and responsive. Sal was our service guy, and he was fantastic. Patient with my questions, and efficient with his service call time. Both he and the owner, Jerry, took the time to help me understand the issue and the solution. Highly recommend them for anyone owning an Alphabet home. They're experts!

I called not expecting any service until later in week but Alexi showed up less than 2 hours after my call to analyze a circuit breaker issue. He was able to trace the problem & fix in short order at a reasonable cost. Entire staff from receptionist to technician (Alexi) were great to deal with. I will definitely go to Essco again for my electrical needs.

I was very impressed with the service we received from the first phone call with Jerry to the final walk through with Sal. The communication with us was always pleasant and friendly and informational. We were able to request service and receive all the changes we needed within a couple of weeks. The electrician, Sal, who was sent to our home was personable and capable to do all the work we requested. He contacted us once to let us know there had been an emergency and he would be unable to come out. The job was begun and finished within the week. Jerry was very clear about the scope of work and the payment expectation. Sal made sure we were satisfied with his work before leaving. The bill was detailed and specific so we knew exactly what was charged. I would do business with them again and recommend them completely.
