Jose provides outstanding customer service. He’s very responsive and good at what he does. He repaired my broken pipe and assessed and corrected a problem with my drip line in no time at all. I appreciated his work ethic and commitment to resolving my irrigation system issues.

Colonial was referred to me by a friend. I was skeptical due to having been burned by two other companies promising a green lawn, charging thousands and getting no results. I was hesitant until I meet Dillon. He didn't make promises he was upfront of the challenges my lawn had and didn't sugar coat things. He provided me with images of before and afters of lawns his company has saved. When it came to discussing the budget I was expecting to shell out thousands. Nothing was further from the truth. For about 70% less than the other companies charged, I'm not seeing promises, I'm seeing results. Colonial is transparent about issues and solutions. Their staff are professional and take the time to thoroughly review a plan that works best for me, the consumer. Dillon, Dakota and Jose have exceeded my high expectations while providing the personal touch of a small business. From a very cost conscious consumer to anyone reading this review. There is no comparison, this is a company that truly stands behind their work.

We had another company come and do the yard spraying but when I had asked for help with bare spots and some sprinkler issues, it got a blank stare and zero help. He was just there to spray the yard only. We switched to Colonial and have had a much better experience. We got a ton of help regarding the sprinklers and bare spots and we are so happy with the results. You guys rock, thank you Dillon for all the extra effort put in, it shows.

Had a great first experience with Colonial today. The house looked great; free of cobwebs and spider mite webs not only on my home but the landscaping as well. I appreciate the service provided by Tyson of Colonial today. I would definitely recommend both the company and my technician.

I am absolutely happy with all their services. We switched over from a highly known provider due to customer service and my lawn looking like the dog park on a bad season. Anyway it’s been almost 4 years now and wow. My lawn is so healthy and green and thick as.. anyway I’m satisfied and on top of it customer service has always been so nice and helpful. I have and will recommended them to anyone who wants that amazing thick green roll around type of grass.

my initial experience with Colonial Lawn & Garden was not a positive one , they accidentally burnt my lawn fertilizing it …….. FORTUNATELY management stepped up & vowed to make it right at no cost 👍👍….. I was very happy they kept their word & I didn’t need to call them to remind them to come back … they called….. & followed through with several free applications to make my lawn green again 🤗👍👍 I will use them again in future 👍

A neighbor recommended him to me after he sprayed her yard to control Bermuda grass. I saw how well her yard did and asked her to have him talk to me. He explained the program and sprayed for Bermuda grass. We’ll see how well it does. He was very friendly and professional.

Michael shows up when he says he’s going to, and does a professional job in a courteous manner. He has also helped me troubleshoot some issues with my lawn in a very patient and practical way. I have found the company to be very prompt in responding to my emails and texts.

Edit - Unfortunately the responsiveness and quality tapered off while price climbed this year. My neighbors are using the competitor with better results at a lower cost. I will be taking my business to them.

Original - Colonial Lawn is a great company, extremely responsive to any questions, inquires or concerns and they're staff are stellar from office to applicators. Michelle, Dillon and Tyson are amazing people and all deserve a minimum of $10 raise today! They're crushing it and are the reason I've recommended so many others to go direct to Colonial.

I am very happy with Colonials service. I love the texts to remind us about the date of the service and our lawn is looking great! We also have them spray for bugs and that is working well. I highly recommend using Colonial. 😊
