We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Musser Landscaping! Darin is very easy to get ahold of, returning phone calls and emails very quickly. His crew worked hard, was very professional and was great at answering any questions we had along the way. The finished product is stunning! We could not be more thrilled with our experience! Updated from Original Post. Musser did a quality job on our yard. Workers Miguel and Sabino. Super hard working guys. Very knowledgeable and respectful. They paid extreme attention to details. More than pleased with their work. The PM is fantastic and awesome to work with too. Would recommend to anyone to hire Musser.

The team at Musser are great to work with. We had several challenging changes to our plan and they professionally handled them. Appreciate the flexibility and will come back for any future landscaping needs.

We needed the backyard landscaping at our new home completed quickly for an upcoming wedding rehearsal dinner and selected Musser Landscaping. The cost was reasonable compared to other bids and they promised that they'd get the job done in time. They completed our project ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job - the backyard looks perfect! The Musser crew and their subcontractors were friendly and easy to work with. We'll use them again and highly recommend their services.

I would highly recommend Musser Landscaping. Tommy came out promptly, was super easy to work with and extremely flexible with our demands. Props to Jose and his team. They showed up early and stayed late every day and got the job done right exceeding our expectations. These guys are true professionals!!!

I think that I have already sent in a review. However, after some consideration.......I have found 5 sprinkler heads buried under fabric and stone. Hmm. How to explain that? I can't think of a way. Lazy, not caring, unprofessional, lack of supervision, lack of supervising the supervisor. Not my concern but it seemed like one man was sitting most of the time (like half of a day) waiting on something or another. Job could have been done easily in two days with a little more effort by the hands and planning on your part. My mow guy wanted to know if Musser was going to come back and tuck in all the fabric 'ears' sticking from under the stone? More than just a little hydraulic oil dripped from bobcat on driveway and street. Changed loader out after the first day so that was a good move. A rain deluge the few days afterward mostly cleaned all that up. I am thankful for the Hunter control and guidance to get me up to snuff on layout and operations of the system. Overall, I think you did a great job with just a few warts and blemishes that needed to be mentioned. Thanks.

Musser Landscaping did a fantastic job for us. We saw them working on our neighbors landscaping and we decided to give them a try, and I am so glad that we did. They walked through with me and communicated well with what I wanted done. I would highly recommend them.

I was called by Brett first thing Monday morning about my review and to discuss how to make it right. I was apologized to, there was polite conversation on why he didn't wait/text/call at appointment time, apologized for me not receiving the estimate, he said it was completed. I was asked why I gave a one star review vs contacting the company. I explained because my time is important, I have a newborn who's sleep I had to disrupt to meet, the initial impression of this company was not great and I wouldn't want others to waste their time like I did.
After talking to Brett, I believe this was unfortunately just a bad first impression/off day and doesn't tell the story of how the company normally does business. I would give this company a second chance. Thanks for calling.

Original: I called to get an estimate on lawn services, was told they could do it in the next day or two. Brett called and said he drove by the property but would like to meet me out there the following day at 9 am. I arrived to the property at 855. At 907 I called him no answer, then sent a text at 918, where he immediately responded stating he had been there, rang the doorbell no answer, looked around and left. Again our appointment was at 9. I was given a ballpark estimate and was told he would do the hard numbers and provide estimate that day (Friday June 13th) or by Monday. I have yet to receive the estimate. But after the lack of customer service received, I wouldn't use this company if the price was cheaper. If he could look at the property without me there, then why schedule a time for me to meet him?

Isaac and his three man crew from Musser Landscape recently placed 50 feet of "French Drain Man" (tm) high octain french drain and 150 of Drain Pipe thru our front yard along with 30 square feet of pavers adjacent to our patio and Water Feature in no short of three days. I can not say enough of lsaac and his crew for their work ethic, courtesy and overall qualty performance while doing a Five Star Job...

Darin and his crew did a fantastic job! My wife and I gave him our vision and he came back with multiple options within our budget. His crew is professional and polite, and they do top quality work. Highly recommended.

The bid was clear and complete. All adders to the bid were initiated by us, and fully discussed before the work began. All work was scheduled quickly and they held to the schedule. The work was done well and we were charged exactly what we agreed to. Darin was also very helpful dealing with the city of Richland for us and removing the electrical box in our front yard.
We are very happy.

We had Musser clean up an area of bad growth to convert into a pad for our camper and a future shed. The work crew was great, they showed up on time and got to work. We had some issues with the final product and Darin was very easy to work with and come to a mutual agreement on how to finish up the project. We will be having more work in the near future and will for sure have Musser do the work. Thanks again guys!!

Darin is exceptional to work with. His integrity gives you peace of mind knowing that he is looking after your best interests, when giving advice or making suggestions. Our back yard has been beautifully transformed to give us maximum space and privacy. A shoutout to his professional crew who take utmost pride in their work.
