This is my first year with this company for my yard. I signed up for the basic service. Having problems with my yard he came out today. He treated for the issues. I’m having was very gracious. He dug around in my yard to see what the problems were, and apparently I have some insects problems which he could show them to me. I highly recommend this company, their knowledgeable, kind, and get to the route issues if you have one issues.

Colonial has taken care of our landscape needs for many years (spraying and fertilizing). The other day when Eric was here spraying we talked to him about a concern we had with two of our arborvitae. He didn’t have an answer but when he went back to the office he passed our questions on to Andrew (arborist) and Christian. They contacted us and came out to our home that afternoon. Not only did they help us understand what was happening to our arbs they also looked at our other trees and shrubs giving us some great information. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service of Colonial. Thanks Eric, Andrew and Christian!

Elias is very through and does a GREAT job besides being a nice person! We've been very satisfied with Colonial especially when Elias is performing the work!!

I thought his name was Gabe…? Regardless he was wonderful. It was nice to meet such a nice young man. He walked around the yard with him and listened while I explained all my past & a few current woes! He gave me feedback about other treatments for the lawn - aerate, overseed, etc. He was very polite and professional. I look forward to having help me again.

Colonial Lawn and Garden is a top-notch service. We have them spray our lawn as well as the shrubs, and both look great. Michael, our tech, is such a pleasure to work with.

My lawn was a sparse, weedy mess prior to hiring Colonial Lawn last fall. This summer it is the healthiest it has ever been. I get compliments on it from everyone who sees it. Everyone from estimater to technicians have been great to work with. I highly recommend them for lawn and rock bed fertilizing, weed control and reseeding.

Colonial (Michael is our guy) has done a great job for us for several years. This year we thought we might have an insect issue in our lawn (we were wrong) but Michael made a special trip, applied extra insecticide at no charge then, after digging in the grass, diplomatically suggested what might be the issue. 😁
Bottom line is you can trust these guys.

Highly recommend. I have roughly 18k SQ/FT of lawn and about 40 trees (evergreen and fruit), so it's takes a lot of care to keep healthy. Colonial came out, did an assessment, moved some sprinklers, rejetted almost every sprinkler head the other service thought were "good enough", and Tyson has been fantastic. My lawn has never looked better.

Jose from Colonial Lawn and Garden did a fantastic job thatching and aerating our lawn, and I am so happy with the results. His professionalism and superb customer service was spot on. In addition to thatching and aerating, they are also doing all of our lawn weed & feed applications, pest control, and landscape bed maintenance. I completely trust and highly recommend Colonial Lawn and Garden!

We were very impressed with the timeliness Colonial exhibited in diagnosing our grass issue. Jason was very professional, and very thorough in explaining the issue, and our confidence is high that Colonial will take care of the issues. We have subsequently signed up for continuing services with Colonial, and we look forward to having our yard in the shape we've been trying to attain on our own. Just as a side note, we contacted one of Colonial's biggest local competitors on a Monday, and as of that Friday we have heard nothing back. Colonial came the very next day, and I think that speaks volumes about how they do business.

Every aspect of Colonial's service is 100% top-notch and 1st class. From the initial evaluation and assessment to completion of treatments, they are hands down the best tree, garden and lawn service in the Tri-Cities ! Where most companies use Google Earth to simply "size up" an estimate from their offices strictly based on square footage, Colonial takes a much more personal and professional approach.

They analyze each tree, shrub, and the whole lawn, then provide the details on how to maintain each individual group of plants so they work in harmony together to ensure the optimum health of the entire property.

Exactly the way it should be done, efficiently, thoroughly, but foremost with the intention towards the best possible care of the customer and their home.

The pay close attention to detail! Their work is second to none.

Set up a time to come meet up and they never showed up or bothered to call to reschedule.

They do excellent work and very professional.

We called for an estimate and they acted like it was a huge hassle then they don't up. Well they just lost around $60k!!
