The guys where very efficient in checking my system and kept me informed of items they check and told me that everything was working well.

Their staff are friendly, but, unreliable. I've scheduled them multiple times over the past six months and every time they either don't show up without so much as a call or they call to reschedule me in favor of "more important" jobs.

I'm writing this review three hours after they were scheduled to arrive today. They didn't show up and never called me. I tried calling the office several times and there was no answer. None of this is any indication that I can trust them as a company.

Installed a defective heat pump and are unwilling to rectify the situation.they are happy to come and charge for repairs but can't fix the ongoing problem. Had them out 3 years in a row whenever it gets cold and after a couple thousand dollars in repairs still can't use heat pump.their solution is to replace a 3 year old pump with a 10 year warranty with a $6000.00 new one.they are now totally unresponsive and ignore any attemp to contact them.

This is an awesome company to work with. Their fair, careful, courteous, and on time I really really enjoyed working with this company. I’ve been wanting to leave them a review for quite some time, but haven’t been able to figure out how to do that. I hope they know how thankful I am to have had their help.

AJ’s has done work for me several times. Again today Jeff did excellent, fast and very knowledgeable work. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Called that morning and they were at my house within the next few hours and fixed my AC. Great customer service the guy that came out to my house was super respectful and nice to my fiancé and I. I would recommend them to everyone tbh!

Great company to do business with. We started doing business with them 15 years ago when they were RL Gibson. They've always provided great service promptly for a very fair price The only HVAC people we would ever call. The name may have changed but the service quality and value is still the same.

Update: AC works now as it should, was a pound of refrigerant low and a low pressure switch installed, fixed professionally and explained thoroughly by a different company. Maybe as the owner of your company you could have just fixed my unit instead of trying to sell me a new one!!!! :) ;)

My ac freezes up within 5 minutes no matter outside temperature, called these guys and within 10 minutes their tech said don't turn on your ac when it's cold, charged me and left, so now I have an appointment with a different company to see why my ac freezes up every time it comes on, will follow up after.
