I have been using Delta for several years now. Al is my serviceman and he does an excellent job! He is always on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He has detailed answers to all my questions and explains everything very well. Their prices are very reasonable, also. I will definitely continue to go with Delta!

Delta replaced my 12 year old Carrier heat pump with a new American Standard last August. It has performed flawlessly all winter at a slightly less expensive level. Called and scheduled a spring checkup and was pleased with the pleasant and knowledgeable receptionist.
The technician, John, arrived on schedule, and after a very thorough check, gave us a clean bill of health. He also was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He even found a miniscule leak in a pvc drain line and quickly repaired it even when I told him I would do it.
I am so pleased with my American Standard heat pump and the installation and service by Delta Htg & Cooling. I can easily give them a 5 star rating, and strongly recommend their company for all your heating and cooling needs!

Have been using Delta for 7ish years and have only great things to say about them. They don't take shortcuts, do a quality job, and their prices are fair. Had negative experiences with Bruce and Campbell hence why I turned to Delta. I have recommended Delta to friends and family and they have also been very happy with them. My last dealings with Delta was this last July in the heat of summer. My outside AC unit was not running. Called them up first thing in the morning and they were out by noon. Everything was covered under warranty, except labor, and my AC was back up and running in 30 minutes. Great heating and cooling company to deal with.

Called around this morning and Delta had the earliest appointment around but was for 1-3pm tomorrow. Later they called back and said they had a cancellation and could come right away. Came a short while later and within 20 minutes and a quick replacement, my AC was working great. Daniel was very professional, helpful, and explained my options. Keep up the great service Delta Heating and Cooling!

I cannot recommend Delta enough!! I had called another large company first. They quoted me WAY more and then refused to service my unit due to it being above the stairs. Luckily someone recommended Delta to me. Not only did they do an amazing job for MUCH cheaper but they took the time to educate me on my system and how to properly service it myself to prevent future issues. Amazing, kind, fair, courteous, professional and soo reasonable! Call Delta, you will not be disappointed!

I am always satisfied with delta. Their receptionist is very kind and patient. She gave me the information about costs so there would be no surprises for the service call fee. The man who came out was professional and competent.
I had a client later that week who owns his own HVAC company. When I told him I had just used Delta he was pleased and assured me they are one of the best in town!

We called all of the local "big" and "well known" HVAC places when we were having a cooling problem. After receiving a couple bids, it sure felt like we were being taken advantage of. A friend told us to call Delta and we are so glad we did. They did the same work for about $800 less. They were responsive, fair, told us exactly what they were doing and what needed to be done to fix our problem. Fossil was the technician that came to our house. He was awesome. We plan on using Delta for our annual maintenance starting next spring. We highly recommend Delta.

After having a few well know local firms out to check our heating system, none could figure out the problem. So we called Delta and they carefully looked the issue. Turned out to be a circuit board and it was fixed within a couple of days. The other firms wanted to sell us a new 15k system - Use Delta and get it fixed honestly and right.

They need to fire the front desk old lady whoever that is cause I was gonna get a quote but her aura and I get we all have bad days but if that’s the face of the company with a possible client to generate revenue, sales are definitely going down.

Unprofessional & would not recommend.
As you can see by the other several reviews once you get something installed by them anything to do with warranty or even just get them to assess your AC once broken as a hassle definitely to get better front desk People those ladies don’t know how to do help a business. Only lose it.

Delta performed repair work and system maintenance for our home after water damage. The prices were very fair and the company was honest with what was actually needing to be fixed, and not trying to add unnecessary services.
The techs spent time to explain everything and went out of their way to help make sure everything was set up correctly and assured we knew how to use our system correctly. Cannot recommend them enough!

The weekend after Thanksgiving I noticed a problem with my heat pump outside icing up quite badly. The fan wasn't working. A longtime friend who had his whole system replaced within the last year recommended Delta. After reading a few reviews also, I knew this was the company to call. I was correct. My appointment was from 9 am to 12pm. Al showed up promptly at 9am, I explained the problem I was having and within about 40 minutes the problem was found and fixed for a very reasonable price. I am thoroughly pleased. I plan on replacing my system in about 2 years. When the time comes I'll be using Delta. Until that time comes I'll be using Delta. CALL THESE GUYS FOR HELP IF YOU NEED IT. I went to Delta to get a second quote on a warranty coil replacement. Their pricing was much better than the other quote and in line or even lower than what I was expecting. Professional service, easy to work with. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
