Isaiah and Hunter were incredible workers. When you invite people into your house to work, you hope they treat it like their own home , a that’s exactly what they did. I’m super appreciative and would highly recommend!

Tim C. went above and beyond to support us today. A technician at a local plumbing company - in the process of fixing one leak - accidentally caused a second leak that we found yesterday evening. Tim came out first thing today to help and was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough with the assessment process. Even when we eventually learned that the plumbing company was going to assume responsibility for their wrongdoing (and use their own water damage restoration company), he was still willing to ensure we had the advocacy, comfort, and clarity we needed.

Looking forward to the day we do get to officially sign with Dryworx in the future for the excellent customer service they provide!

Seth, Isaiah, and Hunter were phenomenal! We had a pretty big pipe leak in our wall that went all the way downstairs and into a storage closet. Seth came in and made me feel very supported and got everything in motion to fix our home. Isaiah and Hunter worked diligently and swiftly to tackle the problem areas and made sure we were updated as the work progressed. All three were so responsive, respectful and kind, and turned a stressful situation into something we knew we could overcome smoothly. Most importantly, I didn’t feel alone in having to solve such a massive problem. I cannot thank them enough!

Dryworx did am amazing job when we had some water damage to a wall in the garage. And the subcontractors they used were amazing as well. Elias at Atlas painting kept me up to date every step of the project and was great to work with. Awesome job by everyone involved!

I couldn't have chosen a better company to deal with major water and mold damage in my bathroom. Courteous, patience and understanding, they always did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Always cheerful, polite and thorough, they answered all my questions and explained thoroughly what they found and how they were going to go about remediating it. Highly recommended, I would give them 5 1/2 stars if I could!

We had a service line break in our yard that ended up pouring into our crawl space. Dryworx was recommended by our plumbers. They were fast and efficient to pump the water out once the service line was fixed. Logan was fantastic with his communication, letting us know what was happening every step of the way and worked with the plumbers to help us. Five stars! Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you again Dryworx team!

Dryworx did a great job with mitigating water damage in my basement bathroom. Their entire team was incredibly communicative with arrival times, what had been done and what to expect moving forward. I would highly recommend them to anyone, including my own clients. Taylor and Casey were awesome as well as everyone else on their team!

Ibex did a great job of doing a pre inspection outside and in the attic. They had a great estimate cost that went up a little after the original roof was removed when they could see more clearly the plywood that needed replacing. Their upgrades to our roof and components was excellent. They fixed issues that were keeping the attic from venting properly which was one of the reasons we had to replace 19 sheets of plywood. The roofing was finished in 1 1/2 days and looked excellent. The roofers interacted with me very well answering any questions I had regarding the project. A post inspection was done after the job was finished to make sure everything was done to IBEX standards. We were then given photos of before, during and after job completion. I was very pleased with the new roof.

As a General Contractor, I want to know that I can find the materials that I need in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. While building a goat barn for a client I found that it was challenging to find quality gutters in a specific color and within a short timeframe. After trying multiple venues and finding no success, Ibex Roof was recommended to me by an associate. Not only did they have what I needed but they got it to me on the same day. The associates there, Trent and Sam were very professional and provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely be using this company and their services again in the future.

I was looking for great roofing company. I scheduled 5 estimates with different companies. IBEX Roof was 3rd on my list. Kyle came and did presentation that absolutely sold me. I didn't even waited for the 2 remaining companies and their estimates. Kyle was professional and friendly.
Next stop was Johnny the project manager. Johnny contacted me to introduce himself and walked me thru what will be next. Johnny explained everything clearly and in timely manner. Again being very professional and attentive to whatever questions I had. All was scheduled for 11/23/22.
Fidel and Don arrived on time, introduced themselves and went straight to work. Amazing work by 2 hard workers. They finished at 4:30pm and came back on Thanksgiving ( I had no problem with that) to dov the final touch ups and clean up.
Today 11/25/22 Johnny came back for final walk thru. I am very happy and satisfied with the great job they did. Amazing work . I forgot to mention that free gutters promotion with my roof will be installed on 12/1/22

I’m very happy with my new roof and gutters. All the workers were friendly and cleaned up daily. Jeff Belozer kept me updated. Everything was done as expected. I would use Ibex roof again. It was a good experience.

During Luke’s initial assessment of my TPO roof, he pointed out dozens of mistakes in application from previous roofing companies.

I chose to have Ibex replace and repair all those mistakes. Financing with their partnered credit union was fast and easy.

When we finally had a dry day, Luke and Caleb got to work. They were efficient and thorough. Luke provided pictures before, to show problem areas, and after, to show the repair. I even had a whole section of TPO replaced, as a previous company used the wrong application and method to attempt a repair.

I would highly recommend Ibex Roofing. They are prompt, communicative and professional. Luke did a great job explaining to me in layman’s terms the entire process.

Jayden at IBX Roof was very professional and informative. Needed new barge boards and roofing on front side of house. From getting an estimate to the finished work went very smoothly. Highly recommend this roofing company

Amazing experience with this company beginning to end. You never know what you are going to get with any sort of construction company and I guess I always hear horror stories so I am always weary but every step of the way I felt reassured and comfortable with this company. Jacob came out to do the estimate and was nothing but professional, kind, and informative. When he passed the job onto the project manager, Trevor, the good service continued. The level of professionalism continued. Very good communication, quick response time, took the time to answer questions, and at the end of the day the work was exceptionally done. I highly recommend working with this company for your roofing needs. As a part of my roofing job they also got my attic ventilation up to code, installed new gutters and got my insulation up to code. It felt full service! The roof was done in 2 days, gutters in one day, and insulation in less than a day. No disruption to me.

Ibex Roof was good to work with. They did my roof & gutters. I enjoyed the crew. However, The price came in overn$1000 higher than the quote. I am trying to find out why!

When no one was available, IBEX pulled right through a storm. When others refused to do the work, IBEX jumped right in. When everyone else uses cheap, generic materials, IBEX uses the right stuff meant for the region. Could not be more pleased with the work, speed, courtesy, communication and workmanship.

Excellent experience on my roofing project. The estimate process was very thorough and everything fully explained. My project manager, Jeff, coordinated the process and kept me well informed. The crew showed up as scheduled and worked hard to get everything done in two days. They left the job site pristine when they were finished and Jeff came out the next day to check the work. My roof looks great! Highly recommend these guys.

From the sales person to the project manager and then roofers we have been treated well. Always making sure we understood the process and what to look forward to. I would highly recommend this company. Its been a good experience from start to finish.

Constant roofing offers are delivered to my physical mailbox. Three in one week. How annoying! Here is an idea...keep track of who you send your marketing material to so you A) Aren't wasting marketing money B) Clogging up people's mailboxes with the same ridiculous, overpriced offers. (We all know you are the most expensive roofing company in the area). C) Fire your marketing person for wasting your money so foolishly. Have a nice day.

Jacob and Jeff did a amazing job communicating the plans for a new roof and the three different shingles types that they had to offer. The work was done quick by their team and finished in less then 72 hours, they even took photos to show where they would need to replace the plywood before replacing it so that the customer knew about it! And the finished work.
