With an almost 20 year roof, living in a damp forest, we knew it was time for a new roof. Sam, the sales person, and Jeff, the project manager were very knowledgeable and professional. They worked with our budget and timeframe. Jeff even installed the solar tube himself during the work. We keep thinking we've left the hallway light on! Well worth the price, for the peace of mind of a great roof over our head. Well done Ibex, thank you!

The works was done on time and earlier. The project manager Jeff Eason was very respectable and always making sure that everything is done right. From the sales with Sam newman down to the roofers that removed and install the roof is 5 star worker. Highly recommendable from all aspect.

Great company, contractor manager Jeff Eason did a wonderful job of managing the site and handling the curve balls that happened throughout the roofing and insulation project. Good pricing for high skill level provide. Jeff ensured all agreed upgrades and options were provide. Wonderful company and would suggest to anyone I know who needs work done.

Great experience with Johnny, who came out to look at a possible leak problem we are having in one spot with our 5 year-old roof's flashing. Even though he was not sure that is where the water is entering, he took the time to tighten down all the flashing in that area and even cleaned out part of the gutter! Highly recommend Ibex!

I recently had the pleasure of engaging the services of IBEX Roofing Company for the installation of a new roof, and I am delighted to say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, IBEX demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service that far exceeded my expectations.

First and foremost, the quality of work performed by IBEX Roofing was exceptional. The crew members consistently displayed impressive levels of skill, precision, and attention to detail throughout the project. What truly sets IBEX Roofing apart is their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. They actively listened to my concerns, promptly addressed my questions, and ensured I was fully informed and involved in the decision-making process.

During the initial home visit consultation, I had a conversation with Joshua, one of IBEX Roofing's representatives. He inquired about the satellite dish on my roof and whether I wanted it to be removed during the roof installation process. I agreed to have it removed, assuming that the information would be relayed to the project manager. Unfortunately, it appears that this detail was overlooked, and the crew began their work without removing the satellite dish.

However, I must commend the crew members for their prompt response and willingness to accommodate my request when I brought it up as the project neared completion. Despite not being initially included in their scope of work, one of the crew members assured me that he would take care of it. True to his word, he promptly removed the satellite dish. I am extremely grateful for his proactive attitude and commend him for going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. This incident truly highlighted the exceptional level of customer service and dedication displayed by the crew members at IBEX Roofing.

In conclusion, my experience with IBEX Roofing Company was nothing short of exceptional. The outstanding workmanship, dedication to customer satisfaction, and remarkable professionalism displayed by the crew members were truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend IBEX Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services.

I wanted to add an update to my original review. After 3-4 attempts to seek follow-through from Ibex, who stated that would happen, I was finally able to speak with Cailen, the Operations Manager, who elected to handle the situation professionally, unlike Josh, who instructed me there was nothing they would do, and that the roof was full of cracks and needed to be replaced. I had 3 other, very reputable, roofing companies come out to give me an estimate, and all three stated the roof did NOT need to be replaced, was NOT full of cracks, with the exception of the roof coating that was peeling along the edges, due to ponding water; and in fact had several years of wear left on it. After sharing this information with Cailen, he elected to help resolve the situation, by stepping up, and defraying some of my cost for the new repairs. I very much appreciated his willingness to hear me out, and his willingness to work with me, in finding a comparable solution. His actions gave me confidence in the company again, and I have now referred a neighbor to IBEX, due to Cailen’s choice to right a wrong.

I had IBEX come to home for a roof check, and drainage issues on flat roof. Estimates were gotten, and elected to use IBEX. The tar-type build up used to assist drainage, and a roof patch replacement was completed, however, the work remained very soft to the touch, for months. This past December, the roof patch replacement failed. I contacted IBEX, to have them go out, to assess their failed patch. The female in the office, stated they no longer did rental roof repair. I instructed her it was a personal residential home, I rented, and that IBEX had done the now failed work. She stated it didn’t matter; IBEX no longer did repairs, even though it was their work that failed, costing me thousands of dollars to repair. Extremely disappointed with a supposedly reputable company not standing behind their work, and zero follow through!

What a great experience to work with this company! Customer service is second nature to everyone I interacted with. Cody, Jeff and the whole team who worked very hard to get my roof replaced in 1 day! I can not thank them enough. If your looking for a great company to work with, awesome warranty and a killer price, check them out.

Jeff Eason and his team did a fantastic job on my roof and gutters. Constant and instant communication. Customer service was top notch. A breath of fresh air. All my questions and concerns were immediately answered. Job not done or billed until we were satisfied with the work. I recommend Ibex roofing to anyone who needs work done or just information regarding your roof or gutters. Really easy to work with from start to finish.

EDIT - I forgot to shout out to Nick Russell. He came out to do the roof evaluation. VERY thorough. walked peak to peak and edge to edge on the roof looking for any problems. Also, went in attic and did examination. Pointed out all repairs and issues and made sure they were in the estimate. I had 2 other roofing companies come out and they gave me an estimate from the driveway. This is a "roofing" company, not a "shingle installer". Everything up front and accounte4d for. No "surprises" when they got to work. BETTER THAN NEW ROOF. Highly recommend!

First of all our salesman, Tyson did amazing explaining to all of us what they plan to do he looked at everything was honest about how the roof looked not only from the attic, but also from the outside he was just amazing!
Then we got a call from Trevor Lane and he is a remarkable young man. He explained everything that his team was going to be coming out to do. He told us when he would be out to look at the roof when it was finished and when he got done, I felt we could adopt him as one of our own kids. He was a very pleasant man to talk to. Everything with us, he made very clear so we could understand it and said if we needed any help or we saw anything that looked out of place to call him right away his team Antonio Worker were simply amazing to watch they were fantastic. I have never seen two men on a roof work so quickly and so thoroughly to make sure everything was done and every night before they left they would. They would sweep Screws with their magnet roller, they would clean up any garbage that was in the yard. They even swept my patio pad off. They were so kind and so caring and just did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anybody and Trevor gave me some of his cards so that I could pass them along and when I hear someone that needs a new roof I am definitely going to give them Trevor’s card back. I told Trevor if he’s ever in the area and he needs a sandwich or something to stop by. I’d give him a cup of coffee in a sandwich. I was very happy with Ibex and I look forward to making our Payments with upgrade and I’m just thankful to them for giving us a figure that we could work with monthly because we sure could not have done it without their help and without Ibex help Working hard to get us a deal we could work with so thank you thank you to everybody. Jeff Eason was amazing to work with. He comm nucated early and clearly any possible additional work he thought may be neede, was always available for any questions and concerns, and made sure to fix any mistakes that happened on the project. He even came out over a month later to check on a dripping sound we were hearing during a rain storm, which turned out to be the metal vents that sounded different then our previous plastic ones. The work his team did was impeccable, and he made sure we were happy every step of the way.

My contractor for the deck noticed an area where the roof appeared to be missing some flashing . I called Ibex who worked on the roof this year. I realized that that section of roof was not one that had been reroofed. I thought that, even though they put some seal on the flat roof that I was not gonna be able to get that done and we would have to pay for it. I was set to get some contractors to work on it because they were currently here.
I had called Ibex initially, and Jeff Eason came out and took a look at it. He said the flashing was just not big enough to cover the whole thing and that he would have someone come out and put a larger piece of flashing and I would not need to pay even though they might need to pull some of the work on the roof itself.
I am so thankful that he did this because I’ve had to have the whole back of my house repaired and it is very costly. Jeff was very friendly and just made it seem like it was no big deal. I didn’t need to worry about it. It was quick., easy And a big load off my mind . Thank you, Jeff and Ibex

Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Their presentation was so thorough I didn't have any questions when finished (and I usually ask a lot of questions)! They met us where we needed to be in price, and we decided to move forward with them after them. The contract manager reached out to go over all of the details. The crew did a beautiful job on our roof, and I couldn't ask for more! The clean-up was superb. I have animals and they took extra care to clean up each day to make sure my animals were safe. The crew manager came out after the job was complete to inspect the work and sent me several photos that were taken during and after the work. It was nice to see all the phases of the roof going on, ensuring all of the components we discussed during the estimate process were performed to satisfaction. I highly recommend this company!

The roof was replace a year ago, the project Manager was Trevor, this year with all the rain, I hear a noise like water dripping was not sure what was it, called Trevor he was very professional, answered my text after work hours, that saids a lot about a Company, next morning he showed up check everything, the roof was installed great, still don’t know what was that noise, the fast response to address the situation was amazing.
I had an excellent service, fast and personal, and a great overall experience,
100% recommended this company.

I am leaving a five star for this review. I just got my gutter replaced less than a week ago, so glad they did an awesome job. My gutter is looking good and the leaks are gone. Thank you Ibex for the help….I would definitely use them again in the future. If needed 😊

I would highly recommend working with IBEX Roof. I had a smooth experience getting an estimate for a roof cleaning. The rep. who inspected my roof, Israel, was professional and clearly communicated the work needed and pricing structure for the job. I'd happily work with them again.

Nick and Jeff E. were great. They both took the time to make sure we understood our options, answered our questions and we were able to make the best choice of roof without pressure. We loved the Malarkey shingles they use and the 20 year included warranty. The price was comparable to other roofers we had gotten estimates from but we felt they had a better product, and a better warranty. They were well-organized and handled all permits needed as well as having a wide range of financing options. They gave us a day and time for job start and were on time, and were finished within the time range Jeff E said. They did an amazing job cleaning up nails and debris, and every member of the crew walked the whole yard with the magnet to make sure they got all the nails and screws. When we had additional questions both Nick and Jeff E. got back to us quickly. We are really happy with the whole experience and would recommend Ibex to anyone.

I am so glad I found Ibex roofing. Made the whole process from start to finish easy. Johnny my project manager Communicated every step taken and answered all my questions. I was able to get my new room within 2weeks. The project was set for 3days but only took 1day! I was quite impressed to say the least. Final product looks great!

Seth and his crew were fantastic! They were able to re-sheet our entire roof deck and install new shingles, flashings, and venting quickly and with great attention to detail. We are very happy with the results.
