Very knowledgeble from top to bottom. Project manager (Seth Adams) stayed in touch with me daily, from start of project to completion. Individual workers (crew) very professional. Refund was given upon completion due to difference in quoted skylight cost. 1986 home skylight had to be specially ordered...Project took a little longer due to winter hazards and ordering of skylight.
All and all very pleased with the work done and communication experience between Seth and myself.

After first contact and the initial inspection and quote installation, was within a week. The team was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Install was less than 2 full days even with a large hurdle that came up because of the age of my roof they were able to overcome it with ease. Jeff Eason was our project manager. He has high standards and not only made sure the work was perfect, but also that we were completely happy in the end.

I got quotes from 2 different roofing companies and Ibex came in well below the other guys ($1700 vs $2500) for the work that was needed on our 2 story house.

Whitney Jorde came out and made the assessment, both in the attic and up on the roof. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Made sure to use shoe protectors and cleaned up the little bit of insulation that got into our home after his attic inspection.
He showed us pictures and walked us through why he recommended certain things to be taken care of, while others could wait because we would have to replace the roof before they turned into real issues.
He felt honest and I got the feeling he was not trying to maximize his bid, but instead make sure our needs were taken cared of.

Scheduled the appointment a couple days out and a couple of guys, equally professional, showed up and fixed all our issue in a couple of hours.
They used adequate safety equipment while working on the roof and were just professional through and through.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone asking for a roofing company and I will call them next time I have an issue!

Can't say enough our IBEX Roofing team, starting with Cody Freemire who did the initial roof inspection, and presented the presentation for the roofing project with options, etc; to Jeff Eason, Project Manager, who oversaw the day to day operations, (our one day job, due to weather, took a few more.... Washington, what can I say. LOL)
Cody provided us with options of shingles, venting options, gutters, etc., worked within our budgets and provided full transparency so there were no surprises. Very professional, thorough, which we totally appreciated.
Jeff was totally the same! Knowing also, that I needing to be out of town was great at calling and keeping me up to date on progress of the job. They were both a pleasure to work with.
The crew worked diligently to get the roof and gutters done as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We were in the market for a new roof and IBEX was technically the last ones we got a quote from. What we appreciated though is the quote was given to us before Cody, the estimator, left. The other companies didn't provide any information on cost during their visit. Cody answered all of our questions and provided options. Jeff, the project manager, was very informative during the process once we hired them. When he came out he was able to give more specific details and it didn't feel like he was pushing anything when giving suggestions.

After starting the roof there were some things that were not able to be seen until shingles were coming off. With the unexpected issues, there was more work to be done, but Jeff worked with us to make sure we weren't getting bombarded by the extra expenses. He made sure we were taken care of. He was straightforward about the schedule and upfront about what to expect. Yes, the house shakes when getting a roof done. And there was fair warning.

We felt like we were getting good service and they cared about our home.

I am extremely happy with my experience dealing with Ibex so far. Johnathan my inspector and estimator was Very professional and thorough with the inspection/estimate wich is more than I can say for Dabella who tried under bidding my roof only to inflate a quote on showers. Also Dabella tried taking the job after I had already told them no and I had already confirmed a deal with Johnathan. Dabella said, "I don't usually try stealing jobs but..." highly recommend Ibex.

On time! Professional, clean, honest, flexible when I needed to reschedule meetings, started and finished on time each day. Whole new tear off roof with new intake and exhaust vents installed into the roof. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Will be recommending any and everytime I hear that someone needs roof work done.

I hired IBEX roofing to eradicate roof moss and change the plastic roof vents. Erick was the lead roofer and he explained the process and updated me during the job which took two days. We recently had our entire roof replaced by IBex Roofing and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They removed everything down to the structure, replaced all the plywood, repaired damaged areas and built new crickets. For such a major job, the price was very fair and the quality was outstanding.

During the project a big storm hit & at 3 AM we discovered a small leak above our bed. I called our project manager, Jeff Eason & he immediately responded driving from Bremerton to Belfair and was on our roof at 3:30 AM fixing the issue himself in the storm. That kind of dedication is almost unheard of these days. This impressed us more than words can convey.

This company was extremely easy to work with from the start. The young man who came to our house to give us an estimate (Chris) was very knowledgeable, thorough and spent a lot of time explaining everything. The roofing was done ahead of schedule and everything ran very smoothly. We also got new gutters and they were also done on schedule during a pouring rain all day. The project manager, Jeff, kept us informed the entire time as well and came to inspect everything when it was done. Overall this was a very precision team. IBEX installed our Gutters System. From start to finish, was an excellent experience! Jonathan was the Rep that came out to do the estimate. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and answered all my questions. He even helped me with suggestions on drainage, etc.,. Jeff, the Project Mgr, was also very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He contacted me two weeks ahead of the estimated installation date and asked if they could instead come out the next day to do the install, This wasn't a minor thing...the home location was 1.5 hrs from Portland!! Lastly, the installation crew did a fantastic job...fast, efficient and again, very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.

Christmas Eve day is not the time you want to see water dripping through your living room ceiling, but alas. We contacted Homemasters and received a call ON CHRISTMAS DAY regarding scheduling for someone to come out to see what was happening. If that isn't 24/7 then I don't know what is. Lucas and Jacob came over bright and early the next morning to tarp the roof and do a basic assessment, and were able to get the work done later that week. Plaster Master Jay joined the party a few days later to repair the damage to the wall and ceiling, and Jacob returned with Emilio yesterday to paint away any last speck of the issue and throw down some replacement insulation upstairs. A thoroughly professional job was carried out by all members of the team, and I wouldn't say that I can't wait to have another emergency house issue but I absolutely know who my first call is.

Rob & Jacob worked tirelessly to repair our solar tubes. They always showed up on time, were extremely courteous, very professional, and very knowledgeable. When their work was completed, they did an excellent clean up of the workspace. I would HIGHLY recommend Homemasters. Can’t say enough good things about them.

We hired Homemasters to install a sun tunnel light in our upstairs landing. We opted for the flush mount on the roof versus the bubble that is more common. Whitney was very professional and helped coordinate it all. Everyone we worked with was very professional. Rob and Jacob did an amazing job with the installation from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

Two sheets of plywood warped and exposed my roof to potential leaks. The crew came out a day or so after the estimate. The roof is about 15 years old, and how they managed to get a close match to the shingles is amazing. They were done with everything in a matter of a couple of hours. No mess left behind and you can't even tell where the damage was. Great workers, great estimate, and great job.
