Hugo and his team are great and do amazing work! We have used Seattle Carpet Cleaning for 2 years straight at our building. They do all of our carpet in hallways and stairwells, and even the wood floors in the lobby. Safe to say we will be using them again for a 3rd year in a row.

I am so happy, really shocked and awed at the great work they did and how clean it looks. I did not take before pictures but some of these areas were black and gray with grease stains, and other rooms had large stains, I didn’t think they would be able to come out because previous carpet cleaners hadn’t been able to lift them out. All the stains are gone and it looks amazing I’m really happy and pleased with my choice in this company and will definitely be having them return.

I hired this company to clean our 3 story townhome. They were very efficient, completed the job in about 5 hours and did a wonderful job! They went above and beyond, taking care of even the smallest cleaning details. I would highly recommend them!

For two years our backyard was a place we avoided - terrible slope to a drain and no place to sit. Now we make reasons to be out there ~ its beauty is a magnet! Paul and Dave listened to what we wanted and their crew went beyond our expectations. They were professional, responsive and produced excellent results in a short time.

Paul Messel and crew, at Elite Horitculture, are top notch. They took our back yard from dirt to WOW. The first step was talking to Paul - who listened intently to our vision. Then he created a design - adding in his knowledge and expertise. From there he and his crew started making the vision a reality. All throughout the project, Paul and crew were on time, dependable, kept the work site clean, and had excellent communication. And after the project is done - Paul checks in with you to see how everything is growing. Making sure that all is as you want it to be. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Elite Horticulture! You will be amazed at what they can do. Our lovely backyard is now an extension of our home. We look out our family room and kitchen onto a waterfall, patio, fire pit, trellises, lighting, trees, grass, and plants. And amidst all that beauty are pockets of wonderful soil for me to plant annuals to my hearts content each spring and summer.

Paul Messel created a thoughtful design plan for the rehab in our front yard that consisted of installing irrigation, redesign of landscape beds, new sod, and pavers on both sides of the driveway. From the moment we met Paul, we knew he was “the one” who understood exactly what we were looking for. Dave, the project manager, was patient with our questions and with our process to find the right pavers. The communication was key to getting the job done right. The team that did the heavy lifting with the irrigation and planting worked tirelessly. We would not hesitate to recommend Paul Messel and Elite Horticulture to anyone looking for a yard that makes them smile and feel good to be home.

Paul and David are a great team. We looked at several companies that had many hidden charges not explained. Elite Horticulture gave us exactly what was promised and our yard looks fantastic. They follow up with us weekly and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend.

We have been VERY pleased with the work done by Elite Horticulture. Not only do they do our weekly landscape maintenance, they recently did a major project for us including installing a new irrigation system on our four acre property. We have done several projects like this in the past and working with Paul, Dave and the Elite team has been great. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them on future projects.

Dave and Paul have done an outstanding job for me in building us a new patio and walk way. From the Free design and consultation to working with me on price points to the quality of work, Paul has earned a customer for life. He is really laid back and works very hard. He welded the entire steel frame of my new patio and walk way by himself working a 10 hour straight day in the Summer heat!

My husband and I are really excited about having an awesome new patio and walk way in our back yard. I also have a crazy bamboo issue which he also has helped with to begin eradicating. He left some dirt marks on my drive way from the ditch witch he used in my back yard. I asked him to come back and power wash it and without any type of hesitation was happy to do so. He completed the clean of my driveway today! Paul and Dave did an outstanding job and I'll be referring him to friends, family and clients! Thank you Paul for your honest, excellent and hard work!

Dave and his crew did an amazing job. Dave himself was incredibly communicative, fast to respond to emails/questions, and took time to personally walk us through all potential options and ideas.

The documentation and contracts that were written up were very clear and detailed, with transparent pricing and the reasoning behind it.

Dave originally quoted us 2 weeks for full completion of our project, and we were thrilled (and surprised) to see the crew finish in 1 week.

The crew were respectful of our place and at times we hardly knew they were there. Neighbors commented on how quiet and respectfully done the work was to adjacent properties.

All in all, 100% worth all the money we spent and would recommend Elite with no hesitation.

Paul, Dave and the entire Elite Horticulture team did an incredible job for us. Paul listened to our ideas for our new garden and turned them into an incredible design that far exceeded our goals for our new home. His expertise creating a unique four-season alpine garden filled with native plants and trees etc. will allow us to continue to enjoy the garden all year round. Dave and crew were hard working, the site was immaculate at the end of every day, and they absolutely nailed it. We have experienced contractors where jobs are started and then the crew disappears for weeks or months on end having ‘claimed’ the job. Not so with Elite Horticulture, the job started on time, the crew worked rain or shine, and finished on time, on budget and exceeded our very high expectations. We trust Elite Horticulture and are now their loyal customers for life! We are already budgeting for a second project with Elite Horticulture for next year. I highly recommend EH! Paul was great to work with on the front end. We had a general design idea and budget going into it, but after a couple meetings with Paul he was able to get our vision along with his ideas and expertise on paper (while working within a budget). I have done a few interior remodeling projects before, and in my experience after the design/idea/sales process is over… its usually not as rosy as sold. Not with Elite Horticulture! You then start working with Dave, a Foreman and one of their amazing teams. I cannot say enough about Dave. Throughout the project he was 100% open to questions, feedback and concerns (most of them he had already solved for) with no judgement and complete and through answers. My wife and I never felt concerned once during the project that we were not going to get the highest of quality result. We did irrigation, patio expansion, retaining wall and seating wall. They took so much time making sure that each stone that was place was perfect. Every team member was incredibly professional and talented. You won’t regret hiring EH.

Highest accolades for Terreworks! Two years ago they designed and installed a large backyard garden at our home in the Magnolia neighborhood, including a hedge and complementary plantings. Since then it has grown and flourished and is beautiful and interesting in all seasons with minimal maintenance. We love it! Today they upgraded our long driveway with new gravel, making it look like new. Eric and Kristin and their team are talented, efficient and trustworthy in taking on any landscape project one might have, all at reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Kristin and Eric were so great to work with. Kristin met with us initially to discuss our project and budget, eventually providing us with a really great design plan. Eric and his build team were ready to go on day 1 - they worked quickly and thoughtfully to complete our retaining wall, patio extension and fence. We are so happy with the result. Our kids love the new space. Kristin’s thoughtful design has made our yard so much more functional and family friendly.

Working with a team local to Magnolia isn’t only convenient, but also great for the community - we see Eric and Kristin around town and at school events. It’s wonderful to have such a talented team close by. We couldn’t recommend them more!
