Kristin & Eric repaired decades of neglect on my hillside. Recommend.

Terre Works was wonderful to work with! Submitted a request online and they contacted me about my project the next day. Eric came out to scope out the project and Kristen came up with a beautiful design for the landscaping. They were quick to respond to any questions I had along the way and finished the job quickly and under the original estimate given. No longer do I have to look at the shabby, overgrown, builders basic landscaping and feel proud of what we now have. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future for any landscaping projects I have.

Eric was straightforward from day 1. The walk through about the scope of the project was easy. He suggested both where we should do more and also where he felt we could do less. it felt like an earnest conversation to get the yard to where we wanted it to be. Eric explained the budget well and covered why certain materials cost what they did and that the reality is Labor is a lot of the expense. He was transparent and honest and in the end the project was finished on time and on budget. There was only one expense increase due to some extra pavers that were purchased, but this was because I made a change in the design mid-way through the project. Eric accommodated and the only extra cost was for the materials. The project turned out wonderfully. We couldn't be happier.

When a pipe broke in my front yard, Sheldon at Grays Landscaping and Painting came out promptly and took care of the repair quickly and efficiently. What stood out was their follow-up. They came back to make sure the job was done perfectly. That level of dedication shows true professionalism. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Sheldon remodeled my patio from the ground up and was great to work with. When some issues came up afterward, he came back without hesitation and fixed them. That kind of accountability matters, and it’s why I’d happily use him again.

Marino and crew removed old property fence, tree branches, discard, install new posts, stained new pickets/beams, and install new fence. The property fence was a little over 100 feet, 75' straight and then two slight angle change, 6' at highest point then leveled all the way to front. One day for demolition, one day for posts, and two days for beam installation. Crew showed up on time and worked in pouring rain on the week of Thanksgiving. They cleaned up work area after each day, very hard working, especially in the pouring rain. They do more then fencing so I'll consider them for other home projects. I'm very pleased with their work, I highly recommend them.

Marino is a joy to work with. He was recommended to us by his previous employer who gave him rave reviews. Marino was very communicative about his design, what plants would be used and when he would be working at our home. We changed a few items on the project and he still came in under budget. His work was so well done--several neighbors asked to be added to his list as soon as possible!
