What a carpet miracle! I was sure I would have to replace the carpets, but Seattle Carpet in an hour made them look new; got out stains that I thought would never come out. They scheduled two days out and were very flexible. This was a fantastic service, delivered on time for a fair price; skilled, efficient and friendly. Have hired them multiple times. Always friendly, communicative, responsive and effective.

Hugo and his team are amazing. They’ve been out to our home three times already and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The carpet cleaning service was exceptional! The technician arrived right on time and did an outstanding job. The weird odor on my carpet is completely gone. It was well worth the money, much better than trying to clean it myself with a hoover machine. Highly recommend their service!

They came on time and cleaned our carpet in about an hour. However, we just noticed that he'd missed a couple of places. We didn't see it when the carpet was still wet after the cleaning, but it's pretty noticeable now. Overall, they did a good job except this area
