Constraction reviews in Seattle, Washington

JOE Dryer vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Of WA did an excellent job with our dryer vent cleaning. Jayden started with a dryer vent inspection and found significant lint build up. The dryer vent repair was handled quickly and cleanly. We also appreciated the clear explanation of dryer vent maintenance steps. Now our dryer is running efficiently, and the risk of fire is greatly reduced. Jayden was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We’ll definitely call JOE Company again for future Dryer vent cleanings.

They had poor customer service and were not helpful

This is a scam. They took all my information, hung up, and then sold it to third parties to spam me with home renovation project calls. DO NOT CALL THEM.

I called thinking this was an actual electrical business, but unfortunately it’s just a lead generation company called Home Advisor that sells your info to electricians. Now I’m getting calls from random electricians.

Edison electricians averted all our electricity problems and were extremely efficient. We'll be hiring them for all of our electrical needs!

My Dryer vent is leaking yesterday and I hired this company JOE Dryer vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services Of WA, to fix it, and Im so satisfied with the results they fix it very well and leave the area so clean and neat, Clay is the technician who come and fix my dryer vent and he explain step by step how they fix it, they also offer other services like Chimney cleaning services, Fireplace cleaning services and Chimney repair services. Finding great electricians is hard, so once you do find the ONE, be sure to keep him on speed dial and pay him well. When it comes to electrical problems, I prefer working with this contractor because their electricians are very knowledgeable. That means problems are solved the RIGHT way – no short cuts. Do not hesitate to call this company. They accept small and big projects.

This company is fantastic! The electrician did an excellent job installing recessed lighting, hanging fixtures, ceiling fans, and adding extra outlets and switches. The whole process took one day, and the crew did a fabulous job prepping the house with plastic and cleaning up after the job was completed. The staff was also great at keeping open a fluid line of communication with me. I am thrilled with the work they did.

FRA Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, WA did a excellent job. Jas walked us through step by step explaining everything. They were very professional and honest doing their service in our attic. I definitely recommend them enough.

FRA Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, WA upgraded my attic insulation, and the difference is amazing—my home stays warmer in winter and cooler in summer. They also repaired my chimney, cleaned the vents, and inspected the roof. The team was professional, punctual, and thorough. Truly a one-stop solution for home efficiency and comfort. Highly recommend!
