Nice place

Good

Great place to get new flooring and tile!!

Great selection, still deciding on color.

Great service
Job done as scheduled
Very prompt and courteous.

Brand name flooring showroom and sales. Not for the bargain hunter is my impression.

Odd place for a floor store, Like You get done with a M's game, your exhausted, drunk, and you say, MAN I NEED NEW FLOORS REALLY BAD. BAM, here you go.

I have video evidence of one of your drivers recklessly speeding in heavy traffic on the I-5.

Whew! Don't waste your time, they aren't interested in helping you if you stop by.

Great selection of carpet

left the job a mess, did not clean up at all. caret scraps, fuzz , metal parts. not like they just did not vacuum, but left big mess

Absolutely! I love this store, which probably explains why I've been working with them for 17 years.

It's somewhat difficult to get any customer service in the showroom. But the warehouse staff was great, friendly and helpful.

Disappointing experience. Needed to redo the floor in a bedroom. Guess the job wasn’t worth their time or I wasn’t attractive enough. Could not get one single person to speak to me. Very disappointing.
