Constraction reviews in Seattle, Washington

I recently used this service for junk removal, and I was thoroughly impressed. The team was professional, the pricing was reasonable, and they delivered excellent results from start to finish. They even accommodated some last-minute changes to the project with ease. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I had some interior framing that had to be removed prior to a sump pump installation. It was bolted to the foundation so way more than I was comfortable doing. Omar was at my house the day after I called him to look at what needed to be done, and the following day he had a crew onsite removing it. At every juncture, Omar kept me updated on key considerations and timing. I couldn't be happier with the job Omar and his crew did.

Omar’s Construction did excellent work for me. I will definitely use them again when needed. Thanks for the good job.

Omar took a huge pile of construction demo for me. He came to check it out quickly after I called and beat every other estimate I'd gotten. He also had solid recommendations for drywallers and an electrician, both of whom I used. He's an honest guy with good connections. Definitely recommend.

We hired Omar's Junk Removal and Demolotioin to perform the interior demolition of a three-story small apartment, building prior to a rehab project. The price was reasonable, and Omar quickly had a small army of people on the site who performed the demolition and removal of debris very quickly and cleanly. In the process of demolition we discovered some lath and plaster construction that was not anticipated. The additional cost negotiated to remove the lath and plaster was quite reasonable.Everyone on site was courteous and competent. the clean-up was very thorough. We have since engaged Omar for two more demolition and debris removal tasks on the project. We would give Omar five stars and strongly recommend them for demolition projects.

Excellent service and work ethic!
It’s become hard to find both those things together, and Omar and his crew excel
They were so nice to work with, communication was outstanding.
The quality of work exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for honest, integrity, and skilled workers…these are your guys!
My new fence is beautiful!

We had multiple jobs for Omar. He was always on time, gave a great price and high quality of work. We did our fence, got it stained, planted grass, got trees planted and replanted. He did a fantastic job on each of them. Highly recommended.

Omar was incredible helpful in handling a large landscaping clean up Project that we needed right away! He responded quickly, and was very efficient and getting the job done and also reasonably priced. We were very happy with the results :-) I would hire him again in an instant!

If you need rapid demolition done at reasonable rates and by a trustworthy and confidence-inspiring crew (demo requires special skills to be done efficiently and safely) , look no farther than Omar.

We're doing a project that required removal of a chimney and several rooms of drywall. With the clock ticking and us having too few hands on the job, as of this past Friday April 26 I decided to look for some assistance. Reviews led me to Omar. I called Omar at about 10:00am. By 11:45 I was showing Omar the job. By 1pm a starter crew had begun demolition of the chimney. By the end of Friday half the chimney was gone and the drywall started. After a one day hiatus Omar's crew resumed work on Sunday morning at 8a and were completely finished by 3p, with the floors cleaner than when they started, all drywall fasteners removed etc.

In sum, barely more than 48 hours from "hello, I'd like to show you this project" to "Great job, thank you very much."

It doesn't get any better than this, except it does. Not only were Omar's crew fast, they practiced safely (wearing PPE and with a designated person watching for hazards, yay!) and were extremely pleasant to work with. Omar's staff are obviously treated with respect. And I was even offered a donut. :-)

Thank you, Omar & Crew.

Crew was amazing from start to finish! I called about getting my roof replaced, and they got me scheduled right away. Everyone was super friendly, answered all my questions, and kept me in the loop the entire time.

Omar and his team did an excellent job. The company was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. We’re really happy with the shed and highly recommend them.

Great to work with. They were excellent at communication, well-priced and did exactly what I wanted. Totally recommend these guys.

I hired Omar’s Demolition and Construction to replace the old roof on my rental property, and I’m so glad I did. Omar was professional, gave me a fair quote, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. His crew showed up early, worked efficiently, and kept me updated throughout the process.

Omar is great! he is hard working, fair priced, prompt, and honest!
i had a big electrical issue at my home- i needed Omar to take the fence out, break up concrete, and dig a huge hole… then put it all back together again!!! ( not to mention coordination with the city/electricians)
it was a lot.
Omar was easily the most reliable/dependable part of the experience. i am so thankful for his hard work, expertise, and ability to roll with the uncertainty of that whole endeavor
Thank you Omar!
i would recommend Omar anytime!

Omar and his company are fast, responsive, fairly priced and do great quality work. Since I first used him, he's been my go-to guy for all my properties (I am a property manager)!

I have my own hardscaping company and we’ve worked with Omar and his team multiple times for demo/prep work when big machinery was needed and have been so glad we did! Omar and his team are great to work with and I look forward to working with them much more in the future!

Omar and his crew are Very professional, fast workers all at a fair price, and rebuilt my fence just how I’d like it, I will definitely be recommending him and hiring him in the future!

My neighbor and I needed a section of fence between us replaced as it was put up when the houses were first built. We got a few quotes but ended up going with Omar due to the cost and quality of their other work. They were quick for getting the estimate and inspecting the site, and were able to put up the section of fence quickly. The fence matches the other sections still up and looks great, I highly recommend.

Omar repaired a small roof leak in my garage. He was quick, communicated well, and addressed all of my questions.

I recently hired Omar’s Demolition and Construction to replace the roof on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, on time, and very clear about the whole process. They helped me understand the materials they were using and gave me a fair, upfront price.

Omar and his crew were fantastic. He had terrific communication, completed the work on time, and his pricing was competitive. When he wasn’t the right vendor for certain aspects of the project, he was able to recommend others. Highly recommend.
