Constraction reviews in Seattle, Washington

Competent and unmatched zeal for getting the task done right. Arduous work accomplished with an eye for perfection and satisfaction. Omar and his crew worked tirelessly to effectively restore our house to an unblemished state following a windstorm that felled a 110' tree across our deck and neighboring ornamental trees. Not only that, they repaired and replaced our roof with new plywood and composition shingles. Admirable work ethic and communication. We are indebted to him.

Omar and his crew did an excellent job on our demolition project. This was a partial demolition which required keeping intact parts of the structure while removing interior and exterior walls and parts of the roof while the house was occupied. The place was kept clean and in order. I highly recommend Omar’s demolition and construction.

First off this project was an amazing experience from start to finish. Omar and his team delivered on all levels. From a prompt professional and HONEST quote to executing this project efficiently and with stellar craftsmanship. After having my neighbor accidentally hit my fence and damage a section. I considered just replacing the whole thing since it had been 20 years and is also the entrance to my business. Omar was the first to respond and the finished project speaks for itself. Thank you, Omar and crew! I'll be recommending you to others and I'm so glad I found you! A+

Omar and his crew just finished a backyard fence. Omar was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions right away, gave me an incredibly reasonable quote, and started the project just days after contacting him. His crew was very nice and did a great job. The fence looks amazing. I will definitely be using them again.

Omar did a good job with my roof, totally recommend it , looks like he knows what he's doing. I searched different companies and the prices was too high, and Omar give-me good deals with this work , I'm so glad that I could find him , cuz I was worried about my roof and I totally satisfied.

Great place

Had my home remodeled by AJ and Alex and they turned out great. Permits, plans, designs from start to finish highly recommend them

I had my home addition in Seattle and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole project planning, design and architecture went pretty smoothly. I like how we built the new bedroom on top of my existing one. Thank you! Hardwood installation and polishing is outstanding.

I did my bathroom remodeling last summer with them. They used a really nice waterproofing system which is 100% mold free and waterproof. The disgner suggested large format tile with minimal grout line which is super visually appealing. Overall I'm satisfied

To leave a review is just one tiny act of thankfulness that I want to do towards them!!!! Guys seriously- thank you for your great work. The garage conversion turned pretty nice, on the budget! Permits, plumbing, inspection everything was handled smoothly!

We hired this team for a home addition in Edmonds and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and turned our vision into reality.

The addition looks amazing and matches our home perfectly you would never guess it wasn’t part of the original build. The crew showed up on time, worked hard every day, and kept us updated throughout the process. Any questions or small adjustments were addressed right away.

Quality of work is outstanding, and the extra space has completely transformed how we use our home. We’re extremely grateful and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a home addition in Edmonds.

We recently completed a garage conversion to living space in Seattle, and the transformation is incredible. What used to be a cold, unused garage is now a fully finished, comfortable extension of our home.

From insulation and framing to electrical, flooring, and final finishes, everything was done with precision and care. The team made sure the new space feels cohesive with the rest of the house same level floors, matching trim, and thoughtful lighting design. It truly feels like it was always meant to be part of the home.

They handled permits, inspections, and city requirements smoothly, which made the process stress-free for us. Communication was clear, timelines were realistic, and the workspace was kept clean throughout the project.

If you’re considering a garage conversion in Seattle, I highly recommend this team. The added living space has increased both the functionality and value of our home. Excellent craftsmanship and professionalism from start to finish.
