Constraction reviews in Seattle, Washington

Omar and his team did an amazing job with our new fence! They were communicative, timely, and efficient from start to finish. I would highly recommend for any construction or demolition jobs in the Seattle area.

Working with Omar was seamless. I'm super happy with what his team did. It is awesome!

I hired Omar for a 10x20 shed build. The simplest way I can describe this company is good work at a fair price. Omars communication and attention during the entire project was impressive! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family!

Omar and his team did a fantastic job on my roof. I was dealing with a leak and needed someone I could trust to fix it quickly. Omar came out the same week, gave me a straight answer about what needed to be done, and didn’t try to overcharge me. Would 100% recommend

Omar and his team did an outstanding job on both my home extension and my mother's hog fence. We were initially convinced that completing the project within our budget wasn’t possible, but Omar worked closely with us to bring our vision to life. His expertise, flexibility, and dedication truly exceeded our expectations.

Had Omar and his crew repair our old fence and also build a section of new one. He is quite practical in his approach and recommends only what’s really needed. His rates are reasonable and work is excellent, but most importantly he is attentive, responsive, prompt and available. Outstanding customer service.

Omar's demo replaced 220' of fencing and repaired and refurbished my 15'x30' deck. His crew did a great job, we're productive and dependable and Omar was really easy to work with! I would not hesitate to hire him again for any future projects.

Omar’s team did a great job replacing my roof. They did a complete job - striping off the old shingles, adding a plywood layer, then at waterproof layer, then flashing in all the right places and finally shingles Mist of the work was done in one day. I am very satisfied with the result.

I went with Omar's Junk Removal Service for the demolition of a burned-out building on my property. Omar and his team displayed commendable punctuality and showcased professionalism throughout the project. The job was carried out efficiently, meeting the main objectives set out. I genuinely appreciate their dedication and would recommend their services to those in need. Many thanks to Omar and his team.

Omar was recommended by a good friend of mine and he did not disappoint! We hired him to do some millwork for our entire basement after a new floor installation. The entire process from our initial estimate process through to completion was seamless. Prior to finding Omar, we were having a very difficult time finding someone to do this work for us as it was considered a 'smaller' project. Omar was communicative and easy to get a hold of, and his crew is friendly, hardworking, and professional. I will be hiring him for future projects without hesitation!

We recently hired Omar's Demolition and Construction to help replace a few of our fence panels, along with building a new fence along the side of our property and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and easy to work with. Their attention to detail was evident in every step of the project, and the quality of the work really shows.

What stood out most was the crew’s strong work ethic — they were efficient and clearly committed to doing the job right. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes such pride in their work.

We highly recommend Omar's Demolition and Construction to anyone in need of reliable, skilled professionals. They truly exceeded our expectations.

We had a great experience with Omar and his crew. They just completed sanding and pairing our outdoor decks. Great to work with, turned up when they said they would, delighted with our finished decks. Thank you Omar and team.

Wow, Wow, Wow. What a wonderful job Omar and team did. I called Omar at the end of the day on Wed and he was at my house within the hour. Omar gave a reasonable quote, and less than 24 hrs later Thurs morning, Omar Jr. and his crew where there to tear out a drop ceiling and tiles, shower, sink, toilet, old cabinets, laundry sink and drywall. They did it all in one day, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and kind. I will 100% call Omar and team again and highly recommend you do too.

I had a fence that was was poorly built, leaning over and falling over in spots. Omar’s team came in and re-solidified the posts, straightened it all up, and brought it back to a healthy fence.
He charged a fair price and did a very good job.
Thank you Omar!

Omar and his crew were great to work with on our yard project. They were easy to communicate with for coordinating, did quality work, and kept to the timeline. Would work with them again on future projects.

Omar did a fantastic job demoing, excavating and waterproofing the exterior of my basement, installing a French drain, and hardscaping the area into a beautiful flagstone patio. He worked quickly, had great communication and was fairly priced. I would highly recommend and will use him again.

I’ve hired Omar’s Demolition And Construction for two projects for my house in shoreline. One for a demolition job and the other for a roofing job. His company did an excellent job on both, and he was very responsive and understanding. I would recommend his company to anyone that needs demolition or roofing in the Shoreline area.

I had a bunch of junk on the side of my house and needed to find a junk removal company. I looked online and saw Omar's Junk Removal and noticed they were local so I called. My call went to voice mail and voice mail was full. I thought I'm going to have to find another company but Omar himself called me back immediately. He asked me to text him a picture of what I needed removed. Believe it or not he came that same day which was a Friday. He had the junk removed and then I told him a raccoon pest guy said the side of the house needed to have cedar debris swept away and crushed rock laid down so it would deter raccoons because they have sensitive feet and would not like walking across the rocks. I thought I would have to call a landscaping company but Omar said he could do the job. I couldn't believe it but on Monday he had one of his guys Ilario and later Antonio clean out the debris and then brought 3 inches of crushed rock. It looked great. The raccoon guy was impressed when I showed him the result of the job. Calling Omar was the luckiest call I've ever made. Not only did Omar make the side of the house great but he took care of other jobs I needed done. His crew removed terrible English ivy that had taken over my front garden. I meant to remove the ivy myself but couldn't bring myself to do it because it was such a big job. What a relief to have it removed and exceeded my expectations. Ilario and Antonio also trimmed my overgrown bushes in the front yard. My husband passed away last year so I was very stressed about having to take care of the yard. Omar and his crew were great. Not only did they take care of my front yard but they replaced my fence in the backyard too. They also cleaned a drain and weeded my backyard. This all happened in 8 days. I highly recommend Omar and his crew. I have other projects I'm going to have them do but they took care of so much I can wait til later.

Omar and his crew did a fantastic job on the remodel of my shop. It was sliced in half by 150 foot Dug Fir. His communication and responsiveness through the entire project was awesome! They handled the demolition and the construction of the entire job and did fantastic! I would highly recommend Omar and his team to anybody in the need for good, quality demolition and building👍🏼

Omar was quick to respond for a quote to put in a small deck. Very reasonably priced and much lower than any competitors without sacrificing quality of work. Will definitely hire him again!

Omar and his team spent a full day in the pouring rain demo'ing a couple of structures on my property. They worked tirelessly, were very careful not to damage any of the landscaping or other adjacent structures, and were meticulous in their clean-up. On top of all that, their pricing was ultra-competitive. I would definitely turn to them again and again for future work.
