We performed an extensive remodel of our basement, moving walls, adding bathroom, re-plumbing and re-wiring of the home. They were mindful of the timeline we were hoping to accomplish and worked through various trials and tribulations that popped up with subcontractors. I have to say, Blue Water Design Build is in a class if it’s own. It is so rare these days to meet people who not only honor their word, but are truly honest and genuine. We had nothing but difficultly before working with Kirk and Donna, then it was as if the clouds parted and sun came out. They work diligently and with your best interest at heart. Glowing reviews are often not real, but I am happy to discuss my entire experience with anyone, and after building a dream house for our family, would never consider using anyone else.

Blue Water is also a firm that stands behind their warranty and quality of construction. Shortly after moving in, it became clear we had an issue with a basement water leak. When the subcontractor refused to warranty their work, Blue Water didn’t even blink and took care of the issue without question and with a positive can do attitude.

Truly, I could not be happier with the crew at Blue Water Design Build. Honest, trustworthy, straightforward and really really nice.. it really does not get any better.

Shout out to the amazing team at Blue Water Design Build! This is our second project with Blue Water and we could not be more pleased. Based on our prior experience with Blue Water (total remodel of our bathrooms) we brought them back in to manage our kitchen remodel. We've been customers of Blue Water through two significant remodels - a basement finish out and a complete upper remodel with add-on. The family-owned business translates to you as a customer as you quickly start to feel like you're now part of their family. They listen to your needs/concerns/wants and do their best to translate them into your project. If it can't be done, they're good about offering alternatives.

The design team is a lifesaver when you feel like you're out to sea with endless design decisions. Donna does a great job of understanding each person's sense of style and bringing it to life inside their home.

About three years ago I decided to update my kitchen and bathroom on my place I didn't have the time to do it myself so I looked up this company pacific west construction and maintenance I called and asked for a bid a gentleman by the name of Darwin Taylor came out he was very professional and Was knowledgeable in the scope of work that I wanted done,I had two other bids pacific West Came in at the lowest saving me about $2300 bucks in total the one thing that I liked was that they were able to come out right away where is everybody else was no less than three days to a week out some even longer for bids throughout the entire process I was very confident in the knowledge and ability of the team that came out to do the job all the workers were very respectful, professional and had positive can do attitudes, I was pleasantly surprised that they finished a Day earlier than I had expected I would definitely hire them again in the future they are a trustworthy company and they did quality workBecause of that I give them five stars great job guys!thank you so much!

I recently hired Pacific West Construction and Maintenance to renovate my old master bathroom. We have had 2 main issues with our bath: we needed additional storage space and we almost never used the corner tub. Their crew was professional and responsive to our needs from beginning to end.

They removed the corner tub and some of the plumbing, so we got plenty of space that we were able to build a new floor in the attic for an additional walk-in closet and extra storage, along with a spacious shower. The shower is stone type tile with several recessed niches, highlighted with glass insets and a rock flooring, and the floor in the bathroom is the same stone tile as in the shower. They also added an entire wall of cabinets with a functional and beautiful make-up desk. Toekick lighting was also installed in the cabinets, and is operated by a motion sensor timer, so we don't have to search for a light switch at night time.

The project was completed on time and within our budget and our new bathroom is now very elegant and comfortable! I highly recommend this company.

I had a long list of remodel jobs to be done on the house I inherited from my father. I had really no clue where to start... A few contractors that did come out for a walk through never submitted a quote, others were ridiculously high or so low that you knew they would be back with additional work orders. I was extremely lucky to find Pacific West on the contractor list and we started with the leaking hot water heater and the laundry room with a soft floor. Jeff and the crew were awesome!! They were very respectful of my home. Unfortunately the job didn't go smoothly...old house...but there were on top of everything and immediately set things to right. That job went so well we started down the list. Jeff and Brian understood that I am very conservative and thrifty, Jeff helped guide some of the decisions to a better quality, a different idea but never pushed to drive up the cost. They tried to ensure that the estimate was as inclusive as possible and there were very few changes. A couple times the job actually came in a bit less! The bathrooms turned out so fantastic! I had another paint company do the interior...after coming home to screws in the rug, paint spots, areas not done I had to remind them of etc. needless to say I did not go with them on the exterior! I asked Jeff for an estimate and they did that job too. I have a new GAF roof, remodeled bathrooms, new lighting throughout, refinished wood floors, and my kitchen is as fantastic as my bathrooms!! They moved my built in stove and created a cupboard where it used to be using the cabinet doors and matching the decor. They didn't insist I remove all the old cabinets, instead working with my vision and as always Jeff had excellent ideas that made it all come together.

We are actually currently working on getting another small project going. I get so many compliments and have referred everyone I know to Pacific West Construction and Jeff. You just cannot go wrong.

Pacific West was less expensive than the previous company, and I was able to schedule something quickly! The whole team was a joy to work with, and was a painless process.
