We wanted to put a new deck on as our old deck was rotting and dangerous. It's a challenge to find trustworthy contractors for small projects in Ballard! We hired Axiom Design Build Home Services for this project and it was fantastic! Their communication was clear and they were very responsive. The lead, Guy Pennington, spent a ton of time researching materials and working with us on options, ultimately giving us a much, much nicer deck for the same price as the straight replacement we'd had in mind. The carpenter doing the work, Jamie, was really impressive and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship and the finished product. We can't recommend them highly enough, and will definitely hire them again for future projects.

We’ve worked with several renovation and remodel companies over the years, both small and mid-sized. Some were great, others were painful to deal with. Axiom is solidly in the ‘great’ category. They quickly solved a couple of problems that other companies we tried had struggled with—and failed to resolve. Their staff and crew were friendly and enjoyable to work with. They’re not cheap, but you truly get what you pay for. We have zero regrets and absolutely love the improvements to our home.

If I could give Axiom a million stars vs. only five I would definitely do that! After an unpleasant experience with a renter of our condo, my partner and I decided to do some minor remodeling before we moved back in. After seeing some of the work of the Axiom folks, learning about their small projects section, and talking with a few of their staff we decided to expand our original vision and we are SO happy that we did that. The options provided and the work completed by the skilled staff was exceptional. They are very personable and professional and did everything they said they would do. In fact, I have recommended them to several friends who are considering remodels. Don't hesitate - check them out and you'll be happy you did!

They were thoughtful in incorporating all of our design ideas and feedback in the planning phases and brought some really great ideas to the table when we found some changes needed to be made once we opened up the walls.

The finished product is absolutely gorgeous and the quality of the workmanship is top notch. The project team were all very hands on and proactive in addressing anything that popped up and made the whole experience not just stress free but actually fun and enjoyable. Tyson and his crew executed our kitchen remodel on time, as promised, and we are more than ecstatic with the final product they delivered.
A 4-week timeline was aggressive to completely redo the entire kitchen top to bottom, paint the entire upstairs of our home, update the fireplace AND remove old baseboard unused heaters.
Ty is dependable and meticulous with all details of construction. He is all around versed in all aspects of construction, from electrical to finish carpentry.
Our reno came with some usual challenges, and each time Tyson ALWAYS had solutions to keep the project on track.

I can't speak highly enough of Tyson and the Onesta team. We recently did a complete remodel of our condo and Onesta managed the entire project with professionalism, expertise, and an amazing amount of attention to detail. They were responsive, communicated thoroughly and, most impressively, maintained an extraordinarily neat work area throughout the project. The Onesta team expertly coordinated the appropriate subcontractors and worked well with our design team also. I recommend Onesta without reservation and wouldn't hesitate to work with them on any future projects.

My family recently utilized Tyson and his crew on a project to remodel our kitchen, fireplace and master bath. From the start, Tyson was professional with his quoting process to ensure all of our requests were accounted for. I actually felt bad for Tyson as we have gone through closed to a dozen of proposals with him before we and decided to sign off on the contract. Mind you the numerous proposals have nothing to do with rates as his rates are in line with other contractors. We were just unsure what to do and he worked with us on putting together the right project. Once the project started, we noticed right away his dedication and the care he took on completing the project. He worked around our schedule and still able to complete the project before the due date. At the end, we have the dream kitchen, fireplace and master bath my wife and I wanted. We recently hosted some out-of-town family and they all commented on the work. Thanks Tyson! Btw, we have a couple more projects in the plan and will definitely be working with Tyson again.

Absolutely amazing experience with Intercrus Siding team! I called Alex to come to my hosue to change my soffits and some of the gutters. He responded to my call immediately. He was very thorough in his information gathering and provided a quote within minutes. He showed up exactly when he said he would, did the work quickly and professionally. I would use for a big job if I had one.

Easy to work with. Provided valuable advice. Final work done within budget. Bathroom looks amazing now.

After calling a handful of places, I decided to go with Intercrus Siding because they offered the most competitive price. The siding and metal work on our house is more beautiful than we even expected. Yuri communicated every little detail to us and was very accommodating when we had to wait a few weeks after having some delays. I could keep gushing on and on about the company but the other great reviews here are absolutely justified. Would highly recommend them for any next siding project.

In 2023-2024, we renovated our main floor to allow for kitchen upgrades and changes in finishes. Puzzle Construction Group provided the all-in-one service to design and plan the main floor improvements we wanted to make, managing the project from there onward with service providers and suppliers. The employees of PCG were well-trained and professional, and the subcontractors of the company were all friendly. I am very grateful for the fact that they honored the warranty when we had problems with our new flooring for 2024-2025, after the renovation was done. PCG sent people very fast to check out the issues and scheduled us in for the fix, at no extra cost for expenses that we had already paid for as part of our renovation (I selected a different flooring product and only paid for the price difference). I will work with PCG again and highly recommend them.

Since it was a very advanced assignment, I decided to employ them to work on my residence.The project at hand was such that I had tried to communicate with various companies only to meet with poor communication skills or inadequate skills for handling it. Without wasting time, they comprehended what I wished for; henceforth, there was effective communication between us unlike some firm I had dealt with before that used to delay the start-up time of the projects alongside using poor communication skills. PCG were able to remodel my house as well as its basement until it looked new-all their employees were capable of mounting advanced features like fire proof ceilings inside them.The deadline given for completion of the work was met before it elapsed-a factor that can make them receive admiration from many clients.The cost was comparatively inexpensive since it was such a challenging assignment too.They really deserve all the credit; accordingly in future should there be any need to hire one, then definitely this would be my choice although I only wish I could rate them up to ten stars.

We hired Puzzle Construction Group during the sunny days of last year to refresh our bathroom and touch up a few other areas in the house. Renovations can be a headache, but it was a relief to see everything turn out so well once they were done. Lucas and Jack were fantastic, always there to listen and fix any small issues we mentioned. The work didn’t quite follow the planned timeline, stretching a little longer than expected, but they made it right with some discounts when we raised a couple of side concerns. Earlier this year, a few things from their past jobs started to glitch—beyond their usual one-year guarantee—but they jumped in and sorted it all out smoothly.

We hired PCG during the summer of 2023 to carry out bathroom and other remodeling in our home.Undergoing renovations is never easy, and it was good to know that by the time PCG finished, you were quite satisfied with the outcome. Lucas and Jack's attention was great when we needed help addressing some concerns. There were delays in the original time schedule, but credits from PCG were suggested when we raised our issues with them on other matters.Came into some issues in March 2024 pertaining to some prior jobs they had done but came up quickly and effectively, even outside of their one-year warranty range.

The PCG is both reliable and skilled. My new bathroom looks AMAZING! I would recommend them to anyone.
