Danny, Zach, Jordyn and the entire Coastal team were incredibly easy to collaborate with and made the entire process a breeze. They were prompt and transparent in their communication, providing us with regular updates and detailed information about each step of the remodel. We greatly appreciated their guidance and design suggestions, which helped the planning process go smoothly and made us feel well-prepared before we broke ground. And best of all, we are beyond happy with the finished product. They also provided an online account where we could see photos of everything worked on each day, timelines, and every invoice. This was very helpful to stay up to date with how everything was going.

We partnered with Coastal Construction for a basement remodel. This was such a fun project for us, but Coastal made it especially great because of the people we worked with. Everyone who came to the house was timely, respectful, and of course professional. They had great suggestions on design ideas and provided quality contractors that made our vision possible. We appreciated the transparency we received from Coastal when plans changed due to situations out of their control. They worked tirelessly to speed up the timeline to ensure the project would be done before our baby arrived, which they succeeded at. We couldn’t be happier with our basement and the partnership with Coastal Construction.

We recently had a ceiling leak after all the heavy rain, but we instantly called Coastal, who sent someone the next day. Coastal is a company we will continue using because of not only their quality work, but the fantastic staff, efficient communication, and reputable contractors they work with.

Mark, Danny and their team renovated our 100 year old Seattle home and did an amazing job! The quality of their work was and is amazing, and they really cared about getting the details right. They have a great network of sub-contractors which helped prevent delays from waiting on labor. They also did an amazing job working hard to get us back into our house on a tight deadline with a new baby coming. Highly recommend them and would definitely work with them on future construction projects.

Coastal Construction recently completed the construction of our detached ADU which is a carriage house design consisting of a ground floor garage/shop and a second floor living unit. We feel very fortunate to have worked with the team at Coastal, Danny and Jordyn in the setup and planning phase, and Kipp and Mark during construction. We appreciated the high level of communication and their attention to details, both large and small. It was easy to use their construction software app where the client can track expenditures, progress, and photos. Our project was finished on time, and under budget which was very nice. We certainly would recommend Coastal based on our experience.

I had my home addition in Seattle and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole project planning, design and architecture went pretty smoothly. I like how we built the new bedroom on top of my existing one. Thank you! Hardwood installation and polishing is outstanding.

I did my bathroom remodeling last summer with them. They used a really nice waterproofing system which is 100% mold free and waterproof. The disgner suggested large format tile with minimal grout line which is super visually appealing. Overall I'm satisfied
