We engaged STS for a major renovation of our condo that included complete replacement of our kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as installation of all new appliances, a heat pump, lighting, door replacement, and painting throughout. The project took 5 months.

We have nothing but praise for the job STS did. First, the end product was beautiful--thoroughly revitalizing our home! Second, the attention to detail was impeccable and impressive. Third, we had great communication. We stayed out of town during the renovation, so we had weekly video calls to monitor progress and address any issues, supplemented by email as needed.

Finally, we had a great team to work with, Robert as project manager and Nate as the on-site coordinator. Robert deftly and patiently coordinated the teams and kept the project on time and on budget. Nate was especially remarkable in his technical ability to get all aspects of the job done complemented by his diplomatic ability to navigate coordination with our HOA, which is so critical within the condominium environment. Often, we felt they cared as much or more about our condo than even us owners! We are grateful to both of them for all they have done during the project and even after the project!! Heartfelt thanks to Robert and Nate for a great job!!!

The site foreman treated the job like it was his home. We met 1x/week on site with him and the project manager. Communication and feedback was excellent. Our STS team were good listeners and really heard any concerns/issues that we addressed, never discounting our input. When surprises surfaced, STS had already evaluated the situation and developed alternatives to discuss at our weekly meeting. STS handles most of the trades with in-house teams who work together in a very cohesive manner.

The STS project budget tracking and communication was exceptional. It was reviewed at each weekly meeting. We expanded the scope throughout the project but always knew what the cost and timeline ramifications would be.
Most importantly, the quality of work met a very high standard. There were numerous challenges due to settling over time in our home, and STS troubleshooted to successfully address each challenge as it was encountered.

We are very, very happy that we retained STS for a major remodel of our home!

STS has been nothing short of amazing. From the hard work, the attention to detail to the end photography of my final completed project. I could not recommend STS highly enough. if you need any construction work done, go through STS!

WE have had STS help with several projects, including repair and replacement of rotted windows, repair of rotted decking on the front porch and a complete re-model of our pathetic, rat-ridden, junk-filled garden shed. They were helpful, responsive, reliable, and did excellent work for a reasonable price.

We recently bought a condominium in a high rise. We needed some changes to the layout and a total repaint of the place prior to moving in. Our schedule was very aggressive as we wanted the move to happen over a short time frame.

We are very happy with the work done by STS Construction. Justin and crew are fantastic. Due to a leak, we had to have new flooring, drywall and paint. Justin's crew is the best. Shout out to Bryan (aka Dr. Drywall), Fransico, and everyone else who worked on our condo unit. You all do a great job.

I am overwhelmed with joy looking at what STS has done for our home. They have worked on many projects for us, but we just got done with a kitchen remodel that went better than any one could have asked for. The entire team at STS from the estimator, to the project manager, to the tile guy, to the carpenters, to the plumbers and electricians and everyone in between is professional and more importantly personable. This team was at my house almost every day for 4 months and I just couldn't be happier with their work ethic and the final result. I am beyond grateful for how the smoothly the project went and how absolutely stunning our kitchen is. If you need to have work done at your house, use STS, I promise you will thank me later!

Highly recommend. The people at STS are excellent communicators and very professional. Paul, Neil, and the team were engaging, quick to respond to questions, and very transparent in with schedule and budget. They showed-up on time and did their work in a respectful manner. They have many trades in house and can accomplish almost anything.

At our house they did an extremely complicated basement remodel--new foundation, infrastructure, systems, and finishes. Incredible work.

I used STS to repair damage from repeated water leaks from the neighbors above. My place needed some drywall repair as a result of the water damage. Brian did a beautiful job patching and priming the substantial holes in my ceiling and walls. I cannot even tell where the holes were in my drywall. Also wanted to provide a shout-out to the painting crew -Marcel and co- who did a speedy and efficient job with the finishing paint touches. I am pleased with the result!

Sympatico is a very professional, thoughtful, and trustworthy builder. As an architect, I know I can trust them and respect their quality work.

Their Comodore 1&2 project has left styrofoam panels and debris blowing down comodore for weeks. Right next to Salmon Bay. The panels each about 3 feet long and an inch thick have been getting ground into chunks that blow all over the neighborhood. The wind has been pushing them under the long orange fence with this business's name all over it. They have also pushed this fence across the side walk making it hard to walk past the cars that park there.
