The rep in the store did not record the rug size correctly, offered an estimate the next day that never came. My rug was retuned rolled up, when i got it home it was damaged like it had been run through some pretty rough machinery that someone forgot to turn off ripping some of the tassels almost completely off. Afterwards, Fuzzy Wuzzy did repair the tassels, but the rug will never be the same. Take any rugs you care about to Pande Cameron.

When I responded to one of percentage-off ads, I received enough information to make a decision. We scheduled the pick-up, their tech called us to narrow down the time, and was courteous, and answered our questions. Likewise when he returned with the clean rug.

Fuzzy Wuzzy has cleaned our rugs several times now. They do the best job of anyone around. Even got some pet stains out of a large area rug I thought was ruined. They may be more expensive, in this case, you get what you pay for!

Scott arrived on time and did a quick tour with me of the areas to be cleaned. Then he set up his equipment and started. The complete job took about 2 hours. Once he completed the upstairs, he asked me to look around while he started downstairs. Very professional, great 1st time experience with Fuzzy Wuzzy.

The wool carpet had been stored in a basement for several years, and I was concerned about pet odor and old dirt.
Large carpet was picked up, cleaned, treated for bacteria, delivered back in a timely manner and is perfect! Price was very reasonable and staff very nice. Will use again!

This is the third time Fuzzy Wuzzy has done our two oriental are rugs. Excellent service - both pickup and delivery times Dustin was early, but called first to be sure it was OK. I don't see any reason to use anyone else!!

Had my carpets cleaned last week and they look great. Mike Meinert was fast and thorough.

Today they returned my area rugs and they look better than when they were new. The colors really pop and they are very plush feeling. I'll definitely use them again.

Fuzzy Wazzy was able to quickly retrieve my area rugs after my basement was flooded. Pick up was arranged within a day and there was a quick turn around. My rugs came back looking like new! I’m happy!!

The technician, Mira, was absolutely fantastic. She was strong and cheerful and ready to take on an extra room even at the end of the day. The Carpets are now spotless and we are grateful. I would definitely recommend Fuzzy wuzzy rug cleaning to anybody. The best!

They were very professional and courteous. Communication was excellent all around! The pricing is a bit high (no price negotiation was possible with the rep that picked up at our house as we had been led to believe by their front office), but you also get full service, and the quality is good.

The team at Fuzzy Wuzzy was great! They were quick to respond to my texts to answer any questions I had and showed up exactly when they said they would. Our rug no longer smells like dog and looks as good as the day we bought it! I will definitely use them again.
