Efficient, nice guys who came on time and moved the furniture to remove our two room size rugs, and then on time again a week later to reinstall them. And probably the best business name in Seattle!

I had area rugs cleaned. Estimate given within thirty minutes of text. On time quick efficient suggestions given about rug care. This company was is as so easy to work with! If all business’s were like fuzzy wuzzy there would less stress in the world😎👍

Arrived on time, discussed the process and went to work. Fast, efficient and oh, so wonderful! Carpet looks almost new.

Lonzel was amazing! Very professional and friendly. He walked me through the process and gave me the costs up front. His work was excellent. My carpets and furniture look and smell fresh and clean.

Wuzzy Fuzzy’s communication throughout process was excellent. They confirmed what day and time they would arrive a few days prior to the date. They then called the day of pick up / drop off to let me know they were on their way. The rugs were cleaned in the designated time frame. It all went very smoothly. Would definitely use Fuzzy Wuzzy again.

I realized that my large carpet was saturated with pet urine. Called Fuzzy Wuzzy. They were wonderful. Two very nice men picked up the carpet three days later. Then a week later, they delivered it to a different address. “No problem,” they said. I was kept up to date on all steps of the process, the charges were very reasonable, and the rug has recovered. Great!

Great service. 7 year old white area rug had red wine, chocolate spots and foot traffic on it came out so clean looks like brand new. Highly recommend.

So easy to get a quote and schedule. Prompt, friendly, thorough service. The technicians asked a few questions and then went straight to work, cleaned up, and asked to be sure we were satisfied. Great value. I wish I had done this months ago!

I've used them for floors deep cleaning (muddy hardwood and lenolium thanks to an 80 lb. puppy), rugs cleaning (they pick up and deliver, and have good pet deodorizing techniques), and drycleaning. They are professional and very thorough! They make a stressful dirty job easier, that's for sure! Next I will use them for HVAC cleaning. What don't they clean? I'm not sure!

FW cleaned a large deep pile, white shag rug for us after our big dog had an accident on it :( FW quickly came and got the rug for cleaning. When they returned it, we noticed a part that wasn’t completely clean and when i reached out to them awhile later, they offered to pick it up and clean it again at no extra charge! It came back great - so happy to have our clean comfy rug to lay on again. Thanks FW!

These folks are great and they pick up and deliver back to your home. My wool rug was smelly from puppy urine and now it is like brand new vibrant and odor free.

They did a great job on our two couches. They had a couple Of small stains that came out. We have pets and they needed a refresh! We also had the pet refresh added.

Carpets were professionally cleaned today for the first time in 4 years and Fuzzy Wuzzy did a great job. It was quick too - my entire 1370 sq ft townhouse was done in 2 hours. Total price was $422. Not too expensive considering I've paid double that for home services like gutter/roof/window cleaning and pest control in West Seattle in the recent past.

Be aware that they use a van-based machine so they require your door be open to allow their tubes to go from the van into your home, so if you have pets you'll need to make sure they're secured.

I also looked into getting my 8x10 foot living room area rug cleaned as well, but they quoted me $340 for them to roll it up, clean it at their facility, and return it and that didn't include the under pad. It costs $296 on Amazon to buy that exact rug brand new, so I just did that plus a new under pad for less than cleaning would have cost. I hate to be wasteful but their rug cleaning service does not make sense unless you own an expensive antique rug or something.

My wool rug looks amazing!! I fostered kittens and there were several accidents. My rug looks brand new and has ZERO odor! Not even a chemical or scent of any kind. I could not be happier. The service was also top notch. I was able to do everything on line and they picked up my rug and dropped it off. He even helped move my furniture to put the rug down.

My throw rug is clean and fluffy and they did an amazing job on my velvet sofa cleaning. Not sure how they do it! But it’s spotless including a snail trail which occurred during storage. They are are honest - even telling me one of my rugs was just too broken to clean and refunding my money. That kind of honesty is refreshing and worth my continuing loyalty.

I talked to them via video chat. After exchanging texts to confirm details during the week (their proposal/estimate didn’t include the additional services we discussed on the call), the day I was initially given was no longer available, which would have been fine if they didn’t ask customers to pay in advance without confirming the day and time of the service. They ask you to give consent to media usage (your voice and video footage) as part of the booking process so be aware of that, especially in this day and age where AI is used in negative ways. When I proposed paying $500 at the beginning of the service/arrival to avoid any further rescheduling issues, hold them accountable and lock in the date, they sent a reply to say they can’t provide service due to internal facts (?). It felt very fishy so glad we didn’t book and only wasted a week to get such a response.
