Update: I wanted to update my original review after continuing to work with Walber’s team over the past several years. Since then, we have had the pleasure of working closely with Maria Bethania (best known to us as Bethania), who has been exceptional.

Bethania is warm, professional, and has an extraordinary attention to detail. Our home is consistently spotless, and her care for the space is evident in the small, thoughtful touches she brings to her work. She has also developed a wonderful rapport with my now five-year-old, and it is genuinely heartwarming to see their connection each time she visits.

We feel very fortunate to have her in our home. The quality, reliability, and integrity I noted in my original review have only been reinforced over time.

Long overdue review: Queen Anne Cleaning has been a lifesaver for me as a busy single working mom with two kids. They provide an exceptional cleaning service that goes beyond my expectations. They came highly recommended by not one, but TWO other people in my network. I started with a deep clean that was gifted to me and it was remarkable. I was initially hesitant to continue to invest in biweekly cleanings, but the relief I feel when I come home to a clean and organized space is priceless. I think the general seattle area would consider them extremely affordable and their fees are probably under market for the quality of their work. Walber and his team are not only thorough but also add personal touches that make me feel cared for as a client. They leave me notes on occasion and even sent me a holiday gift and it melted my heart. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my house is in top shape, even if it means doing tasks outside the scope of their work. I feel like I can maintain the level of cleanliness I desire inbetween cleanings because they literally leave me with a fresh slate. I highly recommend QACS for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cleaning service. You’d be a fool to look elsewhere.

I'm so happy that I finally decided to hire a cleaning service to do a complete deep cleaning of my house! I am beyond impressed with the attention to detail... 6 1/2 hours later, I checked every thing and nothing was missed! We have been using them for about a year now and love the service. Def recommend, we went through 2 other services before we found one we loved - the last 6 times we had the same cleaner and she always does a great job.

These folks did a great job cleaning my home! They were on-time, professional, and friendly. I love all the little touches they did, such as folding my towels and imprinting my toilet paper. I would recommend them to others needing home cleaning. Also, whenever I have to reschedule due to my plan changes, they can always try their best to accommodate. 100% recommended! I have enlisted this crew's cleaning services several times and have always been happy with the results. Walber (the point person) is quick to respond and has even been gracious enough to squeeze in a last-minute request for me. They are great with my pet and respectful of placing items back once cleaned. Truly above and beyond expectations for the cost! Everything is left sparkling and smelling wonderful. It's no wonder there are a handful of us in the same apartment building utilizing their services. (I don't think they expect it, but remember to tip them, they're definitely worth it!)

Communication and scheduling was easy and pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very respectful of property and thorough with cleaning in home. Both cleanings that I had they went above and beyond cleaning even the surfaces of my washer and dryer and cleaned my fridge. Highly recommend their services!

We are very grateful for the incredible service. Due to cancer treatments I am unable to really clean my floors. They did such a beautiful and thorough cleaning and were so kind and understanding. They are not only excellent but so very nice.

While it was not meant to be a deep clean, a few areas of my home had gotten pretty dirty due to my physical limitations.

They sent one cleaner -- the charming Sueli S. -- who went above and beyond, getting the bathroom and carpeted areas spotless. It all looks and smells amazing, and I cannot tell you how immensely cheering it is to have a fresh, clean house when you're ill.

She was also very sweet, sharing her own experience with her mother's cancer (using Google Translate, which was a godsend). Such a kind lady, and her visit was immensely cheering as well.

Queen Anne Cleaning also has a nice calendar and invoicing system for folks wanting to plan their appointments, and they seem to service a large area (I live in Judkins, across town from Queen Anne).

I’ve been super stressed and my apartment was not helping aide in that stress. I contacted Queen Anne Cleaning Services this morning to see if they could come by while I was at work. Not only were they able to fit me in same day but my home has TRULY never been cleaner. I kid you not when I say I cried tears of joy after getting home. Absolutely recommend them and I plan on using them again in the future. Hands down one of the best cleaning experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you so much you guys!
