Hired Economy Landscape to do a fairly complex backyard redo: Regrade my backyard to go away from the house, 114 feet of retaining wall, irrigation, 30x30 patio, french drain and sod. I've been a builder for over 15 years, and it's rare that I take the time to review a subcontractor. I recently hired Economy to execute a landscaping plan for my backyard that included clean up, planting, fencing, irrigation, and lighting. Not only did they do a an incredible job, and trust me I am picky, they also did it within budget. Their team has a great "can do" attitude. Honestly I cannot say enough great things. They've definitely earned a spot on my team. This was a difficult project on a steep slope.

I got estimates from about 4 companies before deciding to go with Economy Landscaping. The end result was excellent and the project was right on budget. I had a 4 foot restraining wall installed, a new perimeter fence and leveled the ground. I'm definitely going to use them again for my future projects!

Economy Landscaping just finished my sprinkler system and I'm very pleased with the result. They were efficient and professional, and were able to work around some extensive landscaping that I was doing at the same time. I made a mistake on one of the border lines, but they worked with me to move three heads to accommodate the new border, and were pretty good natured about it. The work was done in the estimated time frame for the projected price. I’m really happy with their stone design decisions. They clearly have great attention to detail as I secretly watched them from my roof throughout the days and they spent a significant amount of time getting every minute detail right sanding, tamping, and straightening everything to perfection.

The work I had done was astroturf installation, stone steps built, stone patio assembled, and fence installed.

I’ve had several bad experiences with landscaping companies but this was a pleasant refresher. I’d happily work with them again.

Avi did a complete overhaul of our hardscape, landscape, lighting and on-site drainage system for our house. Our site area is 7200 ft.² which required extensive excavation, rebuilding of a two tier retaining wall in the front and another retaining wall on the side and back, including building a patio, providing French drains on either side of the yard as well as connecting the downspouts to a tight line.

The project took three months. Avi and his team were very professional. They would show up on time every day and were very polite. He’s also good at troubleshooting and coming up with creative solutions to some very difficult problems we ran into. The outcome was beautiful! I’ve had a lot of neighbors complement his work.
