We are very satisfied with the service provided by Lee's General Landscaping. 5 dudes came to our home, they covered the shrub cut, law reseeding and other thoroughly clean up. I do expect to use their services in future.

For having such a high rating I was very disappointed with their service quality. When I called to get a quote to have my yard aerated, they told me they couldn’t give me one over the phone (even though many other companies show rough quotes online) and that I’d have to wait a week for someone to come look at my yard.

When someone finally did show up, they were very unpleasant - he didn’t even introduce himself and just asked what I needed done (apparently the office didn’t relay what I was calling about?). After looking at my yard for no more than 10 seconds he said it would be $275 to fire up the machine, which is more than twice the cost of other businesses in the area. I told him that was too much for me so he asked what other quotes I had seen, and when I told him he just laughed and walked back to his car without saying another word.

We all could have saved our time if they would just have given a minimum quote over the phone. I can’t comment on the quality of their work, but if you want to deal with people who will treat you poorly and make your life harder then go ahead and choose Lee’s.

By no means do I ever set out to defame someone or a business - I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But this was one of the most unpleasant interactions I've had with a company that I've contacted to do business with and none of what I said was an exaggeration.
1) There are several other landscaping businesses that list their base quotes upfront on their website, so there is no need to wait to find out about pricing.
2) When I called about a quote, I was told someone had to see my yard in person first. When I asked for a rough estimate, they wouldn't give it to me.
3) The person that came to my house never introduced himself. The first thing he said when I opened the door was "So what do you need done?".
4) I appreciate you wanting to make sure there wasn't any other work I wanted done. But how it was said (no alluding to my aerating request) and the abrupt nature of the question led me to believe the person wasn't aware of what I had called about in the first place.
5) Between contacting other reputable landscapers and finding their pricing online, at least 5 offer the same services for $100-$175 for my yard size. I am glad that you take care of your employees and I understand there are several operating costs, but your quote was double the apparent industry standard.

Extremely happy with the yard maintenance done to the whole of our new house. Trimming, cutting, tidying, removing tree stumps, and much more. The work done was excellent and the cleanup afterwards was impeccable. We’ll have you back soon for new projects.

I had a great experience working with Lee's. They're extremely responsive over email, and they showed up in the exact time window they promised. Their pricing seems reasonable considering the time and equipment they used.

The team they sent, Juan and Luis, were very professional and dedicated. They were able to transform my completely overgrown front, back and side yard into a nice clean space. They took care around the flowers and ferns, and they were able to get into the nooks below trees and on some rocky slopes. I'm extremely pleased with their work!

Lee’s General Landscaping is fantastic! Duy was so quick to meet us to give us a quote for tearing out a bunch of overgrown weeds that we had been dealing with. He gave us a very reasonable price and was able to schedule us for the very next weekend. His crew was efficient, thorough, and so lovely to work with. We want to start fresh with everything completely cleared out and it just looks great! We highly recommend Duy and Lee’s, as they were so professional and easy to work with. We have had Lee's General Lanscaping come to our property twice- once to fix a busted water pipe and recently to do a massive yard clean up. Both times their experts were friendly, professional, hard-working and kept in good communication with us throughout their time in the yard. They did a bang up job with our rather large front and back yards and double checked before leaving that we were totally satisfied. A great service and we will continue to use them.

We are very happy with the general cleanup the team did. They went above expectations in cleaning beds, removing brush and ivy, and hauling everything out in one day. They left a clean and neat yard we wanted. Price was reasonable for the large job and the crew was open to any special needs. Very hard workers.

Duy and his team are amazing. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. They completed a few projects for us, all were beautifully done and timely. Would love to work with them again for any future projects!

Have to say we were disappointed after reading so many positive reviews - we contacted Lee's for a spring cleanup and a quote on replacing or repairing our weed-ridden lawn. The quote for the cleanup work was significantly higher than others we've received, so we ended up only using Lee's for the lawn replacement thinking using a reputable company would make it easier to manage and ensure good results for a more complex job, but we were underwhelmed in the end. The onsite crew didn't seem to have a clear understanding of the scope of work we were quoted, so we had to review the project multiple times with them and correct multiple miscommunications about additional work. They also chopped up our low voltage landscape light wiring on day 1 and didn't seem to know what it was, so we had to contact the office to ask if they would replace this as part of our project and clarify several points about what was or wasn't in scope. The work was eventually done correctly and the office was generally responsive, but the multiple avoidable miscommunications along the way (the crew onsite offering additional work, but not specifying that it would cost extra from what we were quoted, equipment left at our home with no pickup time/plan communicated, invoice sent before the work was complete, crew showing up without necessary equipment, etc.) made it overall a less than stellar experience and I'm not sure it was worth the extra cost in the end.

Highly recommended! Have used them twice now: once for yard cleanup, and once for landscaping a side yard. Both times, workers showed up right on time, got everything done in around 4 hours, and made sure to clean up after themselves. You definitely get your money's worth with them!

The folks at Lee’s did a bang up job on my yard. My house has grass in the front and mostly pavement in the back, but there were a lot of weeds, hedges, and trees that needed pulling, cutting, and trimming. Lee’s took care of all of it and did so quite efficiently. It looks spectacular. Can’t recommend Lee’s highly enough.

Great job laying 100 feet of French and downspout drain very quickly. They did excellent work with cleanup and finishing touches.

We’ve been using Lee’s for several years now and they are absolutely amazing to work with! When we first started looking g they were the most reasonably priced as well as compelling reviews. We have them do 2-3 major clean ups a year and each time they finish we are always left impressed. We have also had them remove some bushes and grind some stumps, as well as other projects which they did a wonderful job on.
I would highly recommend using them for all of your lawn care needs and projects!

They did a great job clearing cubic yards of pine needles from the property. The guys were polite and professional, and have nothing but good things to say about the crew.

Hired the crew at Lee's to remove several hundred square feet of ivy from my yard, and spread arborist chips that I'd gotten from a chip drop service. They did a beautiful cleanup job, working carefully around existing plants, and went above & beyond: for instance, they cleaned up every last scrap of my chip drop pile that's been sitting there for months. They even swept my walkways! Will absolutely work with Lee's again.

Updating my review a year after I had the front and backyards reseeded. Didn’t do anything extraordinary since then, just mowing watering and a pre-winter fertilizer. Very glad I invested in starting from scratch with the lawn - it did NOT look this good last spring before Lee’s crew was here.

From free estimate and pricing that was reasonable for the work, to the work crew pruning shrubs and clearing and hauling the debris, to easy payment, Lee's exceeded our expectations.

We've been using Lee's Landscaping for the past three years and have always been pleased with the results. They come every spring to spruce up our yard and to put down mulch. Their team is quick and very professional. They also extended our driveway with pavers once and the end result was beautiful. I believe their pricing is reasonable and a good value.
