My fence blew away in the wind and ace came out within 24hrs and repaired it in 15min. With the time left over from the two hour min, they replaced my kitchen lights that I’ve been nagging my husband to do over a year. Will use again for our downstairs bathroom remodel and interior painting.

Elliot handled our lighting and bathroom fan projects with expert skill. We would definitely reach out for another job if needed!

Lenny was great. It was a relatively simple bathroom fan replacement and patch job, but when an unexpected electrical issue came up (a years long intermittent problem for us), he was able to diagnose and resolve it as well. Lenny communicated his progress throughout the project. He also provided advice and insight on other potential projects I have in mind.

William from Ace Handyman arrived on time and was professional and detail oriented. He did a careful job caulking, hanging some carvings, and fixing a cabinet. He stayed in the two hour time frame and Ace used transparent pricing, which I appreciated.

They quickly responded to the job site and resolved the issues and even followed up a few days later to make sure our renters were satisfied. Definitely 5 stars!

We had a few repair tasks handled by William, our assigned handyman. He repaired the drywall around two skylights, replaced a thermostat and bathroom fan timer and replaced the glass panels in a door and window. All the work was done skillfully and efficiently.

Elliot did a great job installing a dog door for me. Clean, professional work, and Elliot was a pleasure to be around. Will request him again to replace a ceiling fan.

Ace Hardware Handyman Maple Leaf was a great find for us. As I was driving recently in Seattle I saw their van next to me and thought that would be a great handyman service to use since I’ve been hesitant to use someone I didn’t know and have always been impressed by the Maple Leaf hardware store which is our go-to hardware store. The owner Roelof was very responsive to my emails regarding what we needed and their technician Elliot did an outstanding job on the multiple different tasks - shake roof cleaning, replacement of security lights, reconfiguration of kitchen sink plumbing, weatherstripping, etc. He did an outstanding job and was very conscientious, diligent & quick in his work with great cleanup. I’m very happy to recommend their Handyman services!

Great handyman service - William arrived promptly, spent a bit of time figuring out the task (I could follow his thinking, which was fun), then he got the necessary materials and fixed the traverse curtain rod lickety-split. Easy to work with.

Mick did a great job installing the grab bars for two bathtubs. He would have benefited from further information if the office staff had asked me about the type of wall that he would be installing the grab bars on. I could have speeded up the work if I had purchased the grab bars before his arrival.

I saw these people working on a next to flat roof. They screwed a 2x4 for footing throw the shingles in multiple places. Once they were done they didn’t fix where future leaks will now happen. Seem like they hire anyone regardless of experience please beware of this company.

William was punctual, organized, and quick. He was awesome. Very knowledgeable and skilled, was finish before I realized.

Elliot did a great job caulking my upstairs windows. After looking at the house, he pointed out some other places that needed caulking. I told him to go ahead and catch those also. He did all of this work in a little over half the time of the original estimate.

I’m very happy with his work on this project.

We needed a ceiling patch up and paint after leak mitigation. The experience with Ace was smooth and straightforward. Elliot was very skilled and did a fantastic job within the 8 hour package we got.

Ace Handyman is a good service for problem that spans multiple issues. For example, a leaking pipe ruined the floor. They are able to handle both of them. I didnt have to get a plumber and floor expert. They also are good at identifying the root cause of the problem. I think I will use them in the future if needed.

Need some handyman work on very short notice. They figured out a way to fit us in and did an excellent job. Not on the cheap side but we felt well worth the money. On time, professional and very efficient.
