Emir was incredible! He showed up on time, was super knowledgeable and friendly, and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. I highly recommend Power Pup to anyone needing their carpets cleaned, and I will be calling them again. Thanks so much.

I hired this company last week. I was going to get all new carpets but upon a recommendation from a friend who used this company before and had a great experience, I called. They were great! I was shocked to see my carpets look almost as good as new. All the stains were gone and carpets smell fresh and clean. Cleaners were on time with great service. I highly recommend this company to anyone! I also really like that they do background checks on all their techs ensuring a safe pleasant experience! Will use again soon!

There was an issue with the carpet cleaning so I emailed their support or whoever handles the emails. He got hostile with me pretty quickly when I asked about a refund and then he told me he was including their legal department on the email chain to make sure I didn't defame them online. It felt like he was just trying to scare me out of writing a review. Maybe I'm just reading into it but I wonder how many times they've played that card. This is the sole reason for the low rating.

The actual tech that worked on our carpet was super nice and went above and beyond (even tried to clean our carpets twice).

Ultimately our landlord hired another company to clean the carpets and charged us. Power Pup offered to pay for $100 of the other cleaning, which was really nice. They requested that we get a quote from the other company first, take pictures, and forward a final invoice. I totally understand this approach but at that point we didn't really think it was worth the extra hassle so said no thanks.

I really thought that with the less water and pet friendly chemicals, that maybe it wouldn't get as clean. I was totally wrong. I don't remember the carpet looking so good. Our service guy Marcus was knowledgeable, accurate in his estimation of the results, fast, efficient and friendly. I would recommend Power Pup to everyone with pets or kids. Great clean, reasonable pricing, amazing customer service.

We are so thankful for Power Pup!! Our carpet looks and smells great. Our pup had a rough two weeks and our carpet showed it. All the stains are gone and it smells so much better in our tiny home. The service was really quick, the guy was super friendly, and explained everything so well.

I have so many great things to say about my experience at Power Pup. I live on the third floor of my building with no elevator and PP was more than willing to take on the challenge. Jod arrived on time, at 7:30 AM, and got to work. Such a nice individual! It's 8:32 AM, my couch is spotless, and I just had to write a review about it. Very happy with my experience and I will absolutely use PP again.

Very nice people and you could tell they really care about their customers. They were unbelievably fast and the work looked amazing. They cleaned 7 spaces for me and the carpet looks brand new. The fur in the carpet is no longer a problem and the house smells significantly better. Very good job and great customer service. Pricing was fair too, totally worth it.

Very happy with Power Pup. Scott was super responsive and answered my questions before scheduling and Emir did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. He even took the time to explain the differences between natural and synthetic fiber carpets and which is better for long-term cleaning & upkeep. These folks know their stuff!

Called for a last minute carpet clean after I got cancelled on and they were out within the hour. The gentleman that came out was so thorough and quick. Carpets looked great. We had some bad animal accidents he was working against. Unfortunately the smell didn't get removed completely, but almost. They came back out and did a second treatment on the areas needed, at no additional cost. Both staff that came out were so pleasant to work with. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone. My carpet smells great now!!

I never thought I'd write a review for upholstery cleaning but here I am because this was such a positive experience. I had two couches cleaned - both that get daily use by a dog and two boys. The amazing technician, Emir, was literally sweating from working so hard to get the dog hair off! The couch looks like a different piece of furniture, and the smell is very mellow and not chemical in nature at all. Emir arrived right on time which was super important because of my schedule that day and finished quickly and also right when he estimated he would be done. Would definitely recommend and use again. I was finding myself avoiding my couch, and now I am looking forward to spending lots of time on it this winter!

I have used other carpet cleaners before and had mixed experiences. I m picky. Power pup clean had great service and great pricing. I highly recommend them . Carpets were spotless and dry within a couple of hours. The tech was helpful and did a great job. They did a great job cleaning the bathroom tile and grout as well. Will use again.

Marcus is a great guy . Gets the job done in a professional and friendly manner. Very happy with how our carpets came out, considering how long it had been since we had them cleaned last. Highly recommended & will use his services again.

Power Pup resonded in less than 24hrs with initial request. had appointment for 2 days later. next day Jod called with opening. was to our home in hour. cannot say enough nice things about Jod. great job super helpful. moved our furniture and was VERY understanding about our problem with our pet stains.

Power Pup delivered an awesome same day service for us! We've been dealing with a flea problem and I was desperate to get the carpets steam cleaned ASAP. They were here within an hour of my initial call. Jod was very kind and personable and had me walk through twice to ensure that I was happy with the cleaning. We will definitely use them again!

Power Pup Clean was fantastic! Marcus was wonderful. I called at 8am on Monday with the very last-minute request to have our carpets cleaned in our new home on the same day. We have a 15-month-old daughter and wanted the carpet to be kid friendly. Marcus was polite, communicated very well, and efficient. He was able to remove several stains and the carpets look great. I was so glad that I called. As an animal lover, I was excited to learn that Power Pup supports shelter animals. I would recommend Power Pup and Marcus to anyone. Communication with Marcus in their office was very good and scheduling was easy. Fushair was my tech. He did a great job explaining all the steps in the cleaning process and I am very satisfied with the overall look of my carpets, especially the stain removal. I would definitely hire Power Pup again to clean my carpets.

My carpets look infinitely better than they did before because of his cleaning, which was both quick and efficient. Just had the carpets in our house cleaned by Power Pup for the first time and it was the best job we've had in over 28 years (and we've had quite a few in that time). They aren't the cheapest in terms of cost but their quality definitely made it worthwhile. Jod was thorough, friendly, efficient, on time and, amazingly enough, waited for much longer than probably anyone else would have when I was unexpectedly late for the appointment. Amazing! No question I will call them again next time we need our carpets cleaned.

We tried another place first, but they refused to clean our rental house carpet without us present. Power Pup had no problem doing the job without us at the house, which was a godsend because we were very busy moving. It seems simple, but that saved us a lot of time on a very hectic day.

This is the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. Power Pup was the bomb!

Jod was our technician and he was amazing! We could not be happier. He was very friendly and his customer service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us our options as well as realistic expectations for our stains, etc. He was very pet-friendly as well and fell in love with our little Chihuahua.

I also like that all of the chemicals that they use are pet-friendly and not harmful to pets. That was a big plus, especially with our kitty roaming around during the cleaning. They arrived on time during the scheduled window that we were scheduled for.

I wish I could show you after pictures after the cleaning. Many of our stains are completely gone, and the carpet looks like it is new. The carpet did not take long to dry at all, and since he performed the Pet treatment, it smelled so good afterward as it got rid of a lot of the pet odor from our pets. I will be using them again without a doubt. They are an AMAZING company and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Seattle area seeking a carpet cleaning service.
