Did a great job cleaning and treating my pet stained rug. They took the rug, cleaned it, and brought it back within a week. Easy to schedule. Very knowledgeable.

Fuzzy Wuzzy made the whole experience of getting our rug cleaned so easy! I wasn’t sure about the diameters, as we got our rug as a gift, and they were very accommodating and flexible. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Seattle area!!

They were always prompt and very responsive throughout the whole process. I even made a small mistake with scheduling and forgot my pickup time, but they were able to immediately reschedule kindly, quickly, and worked with me and my time management to make everything easy. When I got my rug back it was like new and fluffy. I would also say the price was reasonable, and they worked with me on that as well! I will likely use them again for whatever rugs I may find in the future!

$180 for “cleaning” my 6’x9’ rug just to realize that it still had my gf hair on it and it was smelling like they did nothing, or probably just a light vacuum cleaning, which I can do by myself. Went there again and they saw that my rug was, indeed, still dirty. they Decided to “clean” it again, and after one month waiting for my rug I went there asking whats goung on, why i havent reveived my rug back, and they just didn’t deliver it for no reason. Once the rug was at home again is still exactly the same. If I would now that they just vacuum it I would do it by myself instead of paying almost half of what the rug cost me.

My rug was picked up at one address,cleaned, and returned to another with no issues.. it was held a day longer as requested without an extra charge. The rug looks great and I am quite happy with the service.

From scheduling to completion, I had a wonderful experience. Each staff member I encountered were kind, knowledgeable, easy to schedule an appointment. I had my entire upstairs carpet and stairs cleaned quickly and efficiently, my carpet looks brand new. I would use them again and highly recommend!

Excellent experience, drapes picked up for cleaning, rehanging was challenging due to construction in the interim with several rings misplaced and screws lost. There was no additional charge for the extra work and I am very pleased with the cleaning.

Had a one year old wool rug cleaned, they returned it and it smelled quite badly. They immediately offered a free re-clean and returned the rug even smellier and completely damaged. Refused to refund the cleaning fee- and said we shouldn’t have gotten a hand tufted rug and would not do anything else besides say ‘too bad.’ No guarantees on work, ruined a 1200$ new rug, and absolutely do not trust this company with your items. Thank goodness it wasn’t a family heirloom or antique! First pic is before it was ‘cleaned’ and now covered in these brown blotches and streaks of brown.

Very professional and great results. our third-floor deck was left a little dirty where they had their Carpet Cleaning equipment staged, but other than that very pleased.
our 25 year-old oriental rug looked like it had gone through a restoration process.

These guys can handle our large interceptors and never miss their scheduled services. I would recommend their pumping and cleaning service specifically for large grease interceptors.

We use them to clean our grease traps on a quarterly basis. They are always on schedule and do a good job. I would recommend them if you need a grease trap or pumped and cleaned.

I really recommend this company, they always arrive on time, and they came out within two hours after I called them. Maintaining my kitchen has been a breeze, and I've never had an issue with my grease trap thanks to them.

I called these guys and some woman answered and didn't even know they did grease traps. She then babbled endlessly talking to herself about how she didn't know they did that. She verified I called the right number but, said "I just don't know" . I asked to speak to someone who understands the suite of services they offered on line. She hung up on me. When I called back she hung up multiple times. 15 minutes of my life I will never get back.. move on..

The company has responded finally to this review after 8 months.. seeming to make sure they put out there "the do grease trap services" .. It doesn't matter. In 15 years I have written 2 negative reviews on Google.. This is one of them because the lady was such an A double s. It is notable in the "response from owner" the hollowness and shallowness of the apology and then the detail in correcting that that they do the service. In my 30 years of owning multiple business. The service is irrelevant if the provider lacks integrity and/or customer focus. Doing business with this company is bound to be problems down the line

Our last service provider skipped us because they were too busy and didn't bother to tell us. Our grease traps backed up and overflowed, it was a nightmare. Ended up calling these guys for an emergency service and they came to our rescue. We now use them for our regular grease trap cleaning. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

This company always arrives on time. Their staff is so friendly, and they always do a good job of grease trap pumping and paperwork. Recently, the City has been very strict about grease trap cleaning and record keeping, and this company has been reliable.
