We brought our shaggy living room rug to DA Burns to do a cleaning after having used it for a few years. The process to get a quote was very easy over text. They also offered the best deal after shopping around a few other local options.

The Leary location is very convenient, clean and open. They’re very efficient (took about 7 days to clean our rug). The employees are all very nice (even when we came is 5 minutes before close to pick up our rug). They even gave us a free bottle of spot cleaner. I will definitely use them for future rug cleaning and furniture cleaning services!

I have relied on DA Burns for in home carpet/ furniture cleaning and to clean area rugs that I take to their plant on Leary Way for over 40 years. Their service and quality of clean is excellent. Most important, is that if I have ever been disappointed with a cleaning or my order was not completely filled . . . one phone call and D A Burns corrected the problem - asap .

Great company to work with! I sent pictures through the internet to see if the service I wanted could be done. Awesome communication to get exactly what I wanted. They cut down a 5x7 area rug that i inherited to 4x6. When I brought the rug in, they made sure that I picked the right binding color for the rug. The result is a gorgeous rug for my home that. I am so pleased that they could alter the rug so that it could be kept in the family.

Did very thorough deep cleaning of my apartment, including some light organization. Very friendly cleaners . Would highly recommend.

Fuzzy Wuzzy was timely, professional, and so kind! My area rugs look great and cat stains are gone! The cost was higher than I expected and I'll not likely be able to afford their services again for a long long whole but worth it to help us with a move.

I would definitely recommend the area rug cleaning service from Fuzzy Wuzzy. They quickly responded to my quote request via email as well as text to help schedule the pick up date. Their prices are competitive, and their pick up and delivery is a quick and simple process. Our rug was filthy, but it came back bright, soft and looking brand new.

This is the second time I have used their services. The representative that came to my home to clean was very polite and professional. They pointed out stains that I did not even know about and why two of them would not come out even after 7 cleanings and stain remover. They had lightened up so much that unless you were looking for them on the sofa pillows you would not know they were there. The rug they cleaned and returned come out very nice. They also did my bedroom carpet in the master suite and stains that no one else could remove they did

Fuzzy Wuzzy was incredibly efficient, professional and the results were great. My carpet looks wonderful. They were also clear up front about what stains they may not be able to get out, so they set good expectations. The results positively exceeding my expectations.

I've had fuzzy wuzzy clean several of my rugs oher the years. All have been returned clean and on time. The pet deodorizing feels more expensive to me than I feel it's worth (I instead now just douse pet stains in enzyme cleaner a day or two before the rugs get picked up for regular cleaning) but their cleaning rates are great and they pick up and return the rugs, which is so helpful since I drive a sedan. Would recommend!

Fuzzy Wuzzy Rug Cleaning was easy to schedule and fast. They came in under quote and delivery and drop off service is amazing! Best of all they were able to get the beer smell out of my area rug after I had tried steam cleaning, natures miracle and baking soda. I will definitely use them again!

Have been a New Era Cleaners for over a decade. I decided to use their “FREE” delivery service because I only had one day off & was not going to be able to pickup my dry cleaning before I returned to work. The first delivery was supposed to happen on the April 19th. Nothing arrived so I had to take time off work & picked up my clothes the next day. I got most of my order, some articles had already been dispatched for delivery on Monday. Monday 4/22 no clothes & now original order & the rest of my dry cleaning was going to be delivered Wednesday. Well it is now Thursday, no dry cleaning was delivered & my 6 shirts plus 1 pair of pants, which would cost around $40, I am being charged over $100! 18.75 to launder & press a shirt! They also advertise a 25% discount on your first delivery order. Obviously, that wasn’t provided to me either. The delivery service may be “free” but they charge you an OUTRAGEOUS price for the cleaning. I am absolutely disgusted with this bait & switch. Needless to say I will be looking for a new dry cleaner.

I appreciate how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Team was timely responsible and kind. The job was completed quickly and skillfully. I would have liked to see the lines in the carpet, you know the ones you see when you just have a good thorough cleaning? But the team removed some stains I hadn’t been able to pick up and I was truly grateful.

Our older Poodle had a very messy accident on a special rug. Ugh. Knew when I called my friends at Fuzzy Wuzzy they would help. I feel so fortunate to have this company. Always fast. Alway cheerful. Always thorough. Thank you.

I have never had nice rugs that needed to be professionally cleaned before and Fuzzy Wuzzy immediately gave me a reasonable quote, came and moved the furniture to pick up the rugs, then a week later they came back and two guys lifted the furniture and placed the clean rugs back exactly how I wanted them. Incredible service for the value. They did everything and I didn’t lift a finger.

Fuzzy Wuzzy was so great and helpful. I had moths and they came, looked at my wool rugs, and treated the one that needed it. They also stored my rug I was out of town! Great service!

Used Fuzzy Wuzzy to clean two of our sheepskin rugs. They were super easy to set a pickup with, arrived on the early end of the timeframe each time, and were very friendly. The rugs both arrived really clean and so fluffy - nearly like when they were new. Very happy with the service, and would definitely use them in the future.

We only trust Fuzzy Wuzzy with our area rugs. They are a great value, professional and prompt, and brought back our rugs looking almost brand new (after our two large breed dogs have lived on them). Highly recommend!
